Important meeting and Pop-A-Lock literally saved my day. Owners Frank and Monica McGrath never let you down! They had a jampacked day and Frank McGrath was kind enough to drive his own vehicle to my home and help me get into my house within 15 minutes, I do not know too many areas it give your client support like this so kudos to Pop a lock I would highly recommend them they're all about customer service and they do it wholeheartedly
I'm really surprised by the lack of customer service along with the business practice. I've used pop-a-lock in savannah, GA and had a terrific experience. Therefore it was a no brainier to utilize them to change the locks. I'm in the army and stationed in GA and needed to receive my house rekeyed after the tenant moved out. I had been promised a call back 3 times and never obtained 1. Not sure why there are no consequences for this but there's not anything she can do and the customer service rep on the 3rd call advised a message was delivered by her, if he didn't call me. That is that is a bad business practice and a shame.

A person tried to break in my SUV that was favorite, while we were vacationing in Texas. The locks were jimmied. My spouse could not even insert his key. Thus, we needed someone so we could drive it into a store to open the SUV.
Came in and did the job and left. All less than 10 minutes. Simple and efficient. It cost us a fairly Ulysses Grant.
These men are efficient and prompt. And reasonably priced.
So, upon the recommendation of another locksmith, who had been charging greater, we predicted Pop-A-Lock. Inform us that they'll be there within an hour and the service could be bucks.
I looked around to only determine that they don't have a place here and drove to the place. I phoned one of the numbers and the person who answered simply recommended me to somebody else (45mins off ), he didn't even ask any questions. Based on this experience, I would not recommend.
