AB Locksmith

This place is great! After locking the keys of my mother at a running vehicle, I was distraught. I called a couple of places and they could not give a direct quotation. I phoned AB and they gave me a quotation on the spot. The locksmith arrived in one hour. Unlocked the automobile under three minutes. I wish had money to tip the guy. He saved my behind! DO NOT HESITATE! CHOOSE AB!

I had been referred to the service. They explained that they can sell me an OEM fob and program for my vehicle. Once tech came out two and couldn't get the key. The third tech got the key to work came out and couldn't get the fob. They tried to tell me that it had been an problem with my vehicle. I told them my important fobs worked just fine so I did not believe it was the vehicle. I stated I wasn't comfortable paying for product and a service that wasn't I had been told I would get since the fob did not do the job. The tech talked to the proprietor, Mr. Singh, who said I could either pay the price they quoted or they would take the key and leave. So I had been left without a choice, I had no secrets for my car. This amounted to extortion but I paid it because I need a key that was functioning. I don't have any complaints about the technicians however, the proprietor is unscrupulous. I intend to contact AAA and lodge a complaint and also do my very best to get them removed as a licensed AAA vendor. I intend to pursue all legal remedies, Once I get an Acura dealer to program the fob.

One star is generous. This place is a complete rip off. The prices they charge are far above the industry standard. I will be requesting they to be removed by AAA as a vendor that is suggested.

This really is the worst company I've ever encountered DO NOT USE. He was unable to determine how to program my car key, Following the technician came high. It was working, after hours eventually said. The following morning it didn't work and the proprietor said so he'd order a new one that they gave me the key. Caused 1100 worth of damage to my car refused to acknowledge that they caused the damage AND would not provide me. AAA advocated and I have no idea why.

MR. Singh is the owner and he is scamming AAA and they are clients. I was told he could make any essential including those using a chip. This fool shows up using this basic ass Amazon key with no chip! He tries to open my car door and the key did not work. Then he began lifting his voice telling me that I must have informed him! "I'm like sir I never used my key because I had the car for 2yrs". That is the entire purpose for the distant key!!!" It requires him 2hrs to figure out how to stop the alarm from going off! After he completed I inquire how am I supposed to lock my car. Mr. Singh told me to call AAA at the afternoon and tell them my car won't unlock and have them send a petition to his company, so he can get paid . MR. Singh did not say it, but that is what he was doing, so he sends another employee with the one chipped key. Which just took him 10min, so I called Mr. Singh to request the next key that was promised the night before. He began calling me poor and that I was on drugs and also an alcoholic. We had a screaming match I hung up the telephone and reported him. The complaint was written up by them and apologized. This will not be the end!

Referred through AAA. Initially happy with the work (replaced ignition system in my car), but noticed that my horn was not working a day later.
These guys should be removed out of AAA contractors list.
Texted back and forth with them, and initially they appeared ready to fix issue however they kept pushing to repair. They wouldn't assist and said this was not their fault. When I said there might be a link between his ignition function and my horn the technician went further by insulting me personally.
Took my car to a AAA mechanic who confirmed it was actually their fault (they did not re-plug in the horn if they had been working on the ignition).

This is. If the locks were the manufactured, they did not ask. Notice I am locked out of my car how can I cover. Refused to come to unlock the car then demanded money upfront before coming to the automobile to asses the circumstance. To get a tow, AAA was known after another hour of misery, to see if he could correct the vital onsite. Never ever ever ever call them to get a lock out since you'll stay that way!!! They should be immediately dropped by AAA from their contract listing. Unacceptable service and professionalism. Zero stars.

This was an superb service especially based on reviews that are negative. Had a great deal of bad reviews but I still gave it a chance and I don't regret it. Called the amount and setup time to match up at store location. I ordered a remote key and they could program it. Very professional and also gave guidance to me to reduce my cost.

Please don't do business with these folks. People like this don't deserve business from anyone.
If I could give AB Locksmith no stars I would have no doubt. This firm is UNPROFESSIONAL!! I phoned them to replace my car crucial because it is having difficulties. In the start, the person I talked to over the phone seemed helpful and really pleasant. He stated that he was going to help me create a new key for my automobile, but was not in the region. He asked to give him a call in 3 hours when I didn't hear back from him. Following the 3 months, I gave him a call since I did not hear back from him. He said to me that he was busy and asked to give him another hour before we met. Following the hour, I gave him a call and left him a message saying that I was on my way to his place (the address promoted online). I gave him another call asking him where he was when I got there, but I received his voicemail. I received a text message explaining that he was occupied at the moment and asked me to reschedule for the following moment. I was frustrated because I did not take a lunch break at the office because I was waiting for him all day and second since I left early from work to come meet him. I phoned him back explaining to him that I was a little frustrated because I was waiting for this all day. His reply was that I must appreciate that he was going to help me out and that I was providing him sh*# (with those exact words) relating to it. He hung up on me and explained to come across another location.
I'd have selected a different location to visit if they would have told me that they were busy that day and could not assist me the moment. However, all day, they never declined the appointment and dragged it.

This really is the worst experience I've ever had and I'm still experiencing to possess this poor firm fix their so called"job". Because the hole is a circle, the bolt does not lock along with the deadbolt that is brand new is a square. See the pictures below. Initially the guy said I didn't understand how to lock a door. The guy suggested for paying him testing the 20, it was the fault of my mom. Then he called me back and said his technician swore he analyzed the door so I have to be lying. Then he said I would have to pay a $75 excursion fee for his technician to come out and repair the door. This guy had the worst support ways. He spoke to me as though he had been correct and I HAD to listen and TAKE what he needed to say. They swindled my mother, to top it off. I ordered the service with them on the telephone but when they coped with my mother they billed her $ 230. And they insisted on cash only. These individuals ought to be put out of business.
They were supposed to put in a double cylinder deadbolt on the front door along with a knob lock . I paid them $230

Saved me money. Bad ignition onto a lexus GX 470. Mr.Singh came out immediately and fixed the problem in less than hour. His shop is strongly recommended by me.
