I had a great experience working with Erik at Civic Center Lock & Safe to really have a lever lock that is custom made created for my own iron gate! He was professional and very helpful and worked with the company that fabricated my gate to put in the lock at my home before installation.

The secrets altered for my business to my locks and did a fantastic job! He gave recommendations to me and has been very simple to use. I am very happy with the job Eric will call him for any future job needed and provided. Day work and pricing that is inexpensive.

I go here for many keys I've ever wanted to replicate (mainly for work). The gentlemen here are friendly and knowledgeable. They replicate my keys . I have not had any trouble at all. Thank you for your support! Don't go anywhere else lol.

I needed a spare key just a plain key.
After I got there I was debating whether to go indoors or not because there's a Mexican candy store yum paletas! You can not say no to candy although I am not a big candy fan. The guide in them is exactly what gives them the taste: )
The windows do not let you see inside when you're passing by & the paint onto the building is plain white.
I've passed by this place many times but I thought it was closed.
The guy there was cool, he helped me right away no difficulty.

So I could leave the engine operating with AC for my dog while I am running some 28, I needed a mechanical backup of the key of my car. I called a few places and for my surprise no one appeared to be able to help me. As soon as I called Civic Center Lock & Safe the guy that picked the telephone up was very friendly and explained he could do it. He had a copy of my key minutes and took good care of my needs As soon as I got to the shop, Carl, the person I had spoken to the telephone was great. Thank you Carl for your service and knowledge. I will be coming back to my locksmith needs.

One of the trades that are fastest ever. Came to find some keys and in less than 2 minutes, I had been out! Great service. If you are short on time and need some copies that are key, stop by. They also have selections and different colors.

Pretty sweet place and actual locksmith and also get to inquire Aby questions you may have. I went there for done keys done and they did a Fantastic job of reproducing them in a lower price

I am a locksmith and I needed some help with some safe deposit box keys I was far away from my shop the Men there at Civic Center key and lock we're very helpful and courteous I recommend them

I hope I never have to return to the shop, as I've seen that it is not acceptable by any reasonable business standards, but I hope no one else has to endure through the treatment I had; here's hoping they do better next time.
After play and much difficulty, for example being hung up on several times, being accused of lyingand being called rude names, I finally managed to get a refund for they key. I'd have retained the secret and returned it to them after receiving the refund, if I had known that someone would behave radically different and keep their word.

I have been coming here for years to have keys replicated and have always had a nice experience. My 5 star review is I didn't wish to go to bed without bending it and because the deadbolt on my front door would not close. I called Civic Center Lock and Safe and they had someone come out and replace the deadbolt. Pat, the man that came, was fast and very professional. The best part is that they were very reasonably priced. I'll certainly use them again.
