While most companies are quick to make a few bucks you off, I was literally told by Mark how I could DIY exactly what I requested him to do for me personally, in under a couple of minutes over the phone and save a little cash. I am glad to know there are companies & business owners out there that will call out these things whenever they see it - will certainly bookmark this company today for. Thank you Mark!

Mark was professional the whole time! I called him about because I was unable to get into my garage thanks to shutting the door without having the portable opener with me. He offered to come over as his second appointment, but I opted to get a appointment. He was on time and assessed the problem before jumping right in and telling me to change everything (as most do). He made me an key for my crisis discharge lockwhich I did not have before and altered the lock with two keys that were new. Cost was below $100 for his support telephone three keys along with lock. Would certainly use him again later on for any lock needs I might need and I'd recommend him to anyone who has the need for a professional. :)
