A phone call, a few minutes, a device resembling a sphygmomanometer and a wire coat hanger and my car door was open. Its ease was fascinating and humbling. I may have found a new calling. Anyone understand how to hotwire as I'm looking for a spouse?
Of course, the rapscallion in me believed that I should have the ability to unlock a car door using a wire coat hanger that was simple. I had seen it done numerous times on TV shows it must be child's play for someone of my ability and I was positive from getting keys in hand, I was mere moments.
Frazzle brammit stomp!! That was a description of those words I uttered 1 morning after searching for approximately half an hour within a dimly lit abode and then finding them on my passenger side chair behind closed doors. Suffice to say, not the way to begin.
Poked squeezed over keyhole and hole in tennis ball? Nope, myth debunked.
Autoglass is met by ballpeen hammer?
As that attempt was futile, nope I should have called a 5-year-old.
Call locksmith? Seemed reasonable but not especially exciting. So maybe a phone call was the best option, then again, screaming in the window in a cold rain didn't seem to be breaking .
READ ME BEFORE YOU CALL THIS COMPANY: Quite Impolite and disrespectful is an understatement. You may tell the guy that runs this company cares about the money he is earning more than his costumers. Want to note after studying star reviews, it seems to be what he is known for, unintelligent, bad mannered and most to any circumstance regarding his paycheck. Back narrative to my situation: I graduate college in less than 4 hours and had been locked from my flat on my balcony in the rain (the door locked behind me), sobbing I called my parents since this day was suppose to be amazing, my father saved my life and called that company and they explained they would be there in 30 minutes when we had been to"cover advanced" (**once more, cash hungry**). So he did, well 45 minutes has passed, and another 5 as well as my boyfriend left it. As soon as I got let in I received a phone call telling me someone I pay so I told them that I needed their services and this is the ceremony LOL. I predicted back wondering when I had to pay in total, I had been transferred to the owner And I had been greeted with SCREAMING, I kid you not, crying me over. I wish I could say I clarified the situation but he said"Sorry I don't listen when I am talking" OKAY WELL as a company owner MAYBE that should be a skill you should check into. I called wondering if I could get any of their money back since tools weren't even used on a door, but I had been told since I paid in advanced for"quick" service they owe me . Luckily money is not issue for me personally, but if you take a look into quality business management, you can at least listen to your costumers prior to making an ass out of yourself (your specialization?) . To start an HOUR is what they believe service that is quick. Secondly what the owner then said to me personally will sum the value he has for his costumers over they cash he makes"I was going to come out there myself but our other man finished a job." Okay so you were planning to come out but conveniently your man finished his job right before you were to go? I have records of the phone call conversation for anyone. You'll be disgusted. I HIGHLY recommend any locksmith company . No one has enough time for overall behavior that is improper and selfishness. Please feel free to browse other 1 star reviews, I am not.
Attached is the joe responded to my original Facebook post. I don't need to spell out just how unprofessional he is, he does himself.
I'm sure he will respond regarding this situation and get super defensive on it like he can on every post that is negative. But if you observe the ones that talk about his negative attitude in general, the answer is quite apologetic showing it's not something they can defend, as if this is a VERY common occurrence.
1/2 the price of the dealership right across the street to replace key fob. They had me in out in under 30 minutes.... highly recommend...
Excellent job replaced in my car. It was the most affordable of these that I called and quick.
Colgate locks is calling me hard and dumb to please because they didn't bother to phone or appear on the day. I enjoy spending my days away waiting around for locksmiths to not show. If your office folks get their stories straight and and your service folks would speak you may have the ability to avoid these issues. I advised your personnel that I was in need of your services. Perhaps stop trying to blame clients for your service that is poor and you should try to work on your own service issues. You say I'm rude? Not showing up for service or calling isn't just impolite but bad organization. You can treat customers and expect no repercussions with sites like Yelp. BTW my Home Depot lock is working much easier .
