Chris and dave have done a terrific job every time I have needed the help of a plumber. They've repaired busted pipes, leaky faucets, pond float valves, so you name it and I'll bet it can be fixed by them. The price is fair and they are reliable!

Beware. Read the reviews that are bad and see the consistencies there. Experienced the exact same circumstance. These days, hard to find good, honest folks, but worth the hunt.
Prefer not to engage directly in the conversation here as was treated rudely and very badly. Because it does not feel secure, please do not engage on this with me. Have added a star just because business owner is currently hoping to get to the bottom of the circumstance. Would like for people but perhaps honest that is good reviews as a consequence of good work in the long run is the prospect for this enterprise.

He is liar He says one thing and once the work is done he ups his charges!!! I thought I dealt with a man that was great but he's not. . .don't use !!!! Not whatsoever you became really insulting...I know you told me $100 since I repeated back to you... and also the second there was a misunderstanding you became a total jerk and insulting that is not the Means to Do business... I never became insulting the moment you picked up the telephone you started in on me before I couldn't actually get a word in... I'm sorry but That's Not how you treat people

I can't recommend Craig's Plumbing highly enough! The escape detection service I hired had a slab leak in my garage and refered me another plumber. The plumbers were completely incompetent and that I was left with no water for 3 weeks. Regardless of the fact that I had paid another service, I brought on Craig to see if he could save the day. He did! Within 3 days, he had solved the problem, and re-routed my water pipes. His job was impeccable until the occupation has been done and that he didn't request a dime. Ever since then, he has followed up together to ensure he referred me to patch up the holes and all was well which the plumbers made inside my property. He was truly and reliable a specialist in the area. I will be referring anyone/everyone I know to him!

Now two guys doing the pipes is a tiny joke as one guy was doing the job the other was handing him tools. I spent more time than that he did perform, speaking to him, this you may verify with your guys and I have video of the job done from the cameras at the home. In case the plumber really do any pipes it would have cut the time in half. Now I discovered among my cat since they moved stuff around 6 lines we ran to the garage was hauled down in the attic. We had to open the ceiling and 1 wall and patched and painted and it had been yanked down because of carelessness. I just spent 6 hours at the attic fishing it back up.
So I'll put up pictures of the job done. Not certain where they purchase their solder and gas from but this in every shop could not get you a lot more than the $ 25 I've ever been in. This is a review and the pictures are here to back this up. I really don't think it was $1000 value $25 value of gas and solder, of work, nor $15 of newspaper and tape. When you charge $200 a hour it might be a great thing to allow your clients know that in advance because most people do not expect plumbers to charge out in physician prices. But the work's images will speak for itself, the 3 images are the areas that work was completed in. Yet another section was cut out but found nothing although A small section of drywall was cut out for a number of the pipes. Readers can decide for themselves if I paid a price that is reasonable. As someone who has spent 7 figures within the last 2 years with building and contractors of businesses, based on my experience I think maybe not.
The response of owner is way out of line. Our home was not repiped by us I do not know where he got that info from. It was original piping and I'm always a bit skeptical of a builder that comes crap speaking another contractors occupation out, but the ducts came with the first build.

UPDATE:
I called Craig for a quote on a complete re-piping and has been met with an abrasive, quite rude and condescending individual without even having seen my location 38, who made numerous assumptions in my location. For being good at what you do is one thing but treating a clients so rudely arrogance is unacceptable.
I called for a quote since I saw apparently, since he has done a couple of good jobs he believes he could treat others prospective clients rudely and disrespectfully.
1 thing I want to point out is that Craig said that there was another girls who had called about a quote on an"8 unit condo complex." He appeared to assume that person was calling on behalf of me and continued to presume and accuse me of it. Ido not have a girlfriend and'm not married and never have I had anyone call on my behalf. Furthermore, I own a 6 unit townhouse complex that's extremely different from what he is alleging. Again, the accusatory tone strengthens the sort of individual he is.
I'll certainly let my connections and friends know who not to do business with. Be Wise and prevent Craig's Plumbing.

I've spoke a few times to chat about a kitchen sink backing up all kinds of nasty materials, and to our surprise, it had been backing up into the dishwasher too, fine! I haven't had the work done yet, but he's been really receptive, even at late hours of the night discussing the pipes job. It's not a small endeavor, particularly after the burdens of closing costs of an escrow and moving into a new house, so I am attempting to get at least one second opinion, but I do think that Craig is honest, and cares about his clients. Update once the work is finished, to come!

Update: After installation we discovered shower head dripped. Contacted Craig who phoned me immediately, advised me to go back to provider, get Craig's and a replacement cartridge would substitute it. The cartridge was faulty. Craig immediately scheduled and sent I did as instructed and, as promised in the plumbers and the replacement component solved the matter. Really terrific follow up and superb customer service!

**Back in the last 4 years this happened at my house. Both previous occasions they came out to un-jam it and I cut them a check. Since I know how to un-jam it 18, I will not be making those calls later on. This will save !
Craig, you are a man that is fantastic!
I simply had an exceptional experience w/Craig. My garbage disposal was jammed and I am not handy at the slightest. I called, Craig answered, the issue was clarified by me, and he told me the way to un-jam it myself. He remained for 5 minutes on the phone with me as I worked to get it un-jammed , and gave guidance that was really specific to me. I was able to un-jam it, and it was clear that he was happy to help me avoid the support telephone.
It is not everyday that you just call a plumber who spends his time that will assist you save eliminates himself from earning $ only to be useful.

Called a few plumbers before phoning"Craig's", and nobody replied on one, and left a message, that was not returned. Called"Craig's Plumbing", and....he (Craig) answered. Alex came and figured out the (kitchen sink, garbage disposal problem within the hour. Didn't have to obtain a new disposal, (foreign object stuck in disposal, which was the problem. Would use"Craig's" again, if necessary!

Craig's is highly recommended by me. Craig is. I have learned that in his case, that is a indication of honesty. He's not a salesman, but a plumber. I had. It was to be quite minor. When a service person has the chance to make the most of a client's naivete (as Craig did) but doesn't--that's someone who is trusted.

Working with Craig and his crew was so easy. Craig put much thought in my pipe that ran into a concrete slab. He discovered a solution with minimal damage. The project was completed professionally and kept the time manageable (to keep cost down).

They were on time and his team came out a week after and did a excellent job. He followed up to see how everything was moving . I believe Craig and his team are fantastic people in general and plumbers. I met at least 5 distinct technicians to get a quote and he had been the only one that I felt was not only throwing out random numbers for the same job. Finding an decent and honest plumber is hard and I am so happy we discovered Craig!
Craig is wonderful! I called him after our existing plumber was suppose to come out and put in a washer and dryer at our own garage, but flaked on us. I checked Yelp to get a plumber out in my place so I called him and Craig had great reviews. He came over right awayto see the task and also give a quote to us. He had been the very best priced of all of the other technicians we saw and that I could tell that he was a honest and thorough individual.

Craig is good! He checked out the issue, arrived by and offered me a solution which was a repair than he might have supplied. Because I couldn't do it and was traveling, I went ahead and hired him to repair the issue using his guys. Work was communication very excellent and great. Thanks Craig!

We'd Craig come and do the setup for a washer and dryer and the experience was fantastic. We'd gotten many bids and the bidding of Craig was undoubtedly the. They were fast and considerate when getting the task done. We will never use another plumbing business and have referred Craig's plumbing to a number of our customers.

This is not a review on any solutions Craig did. However, the amount of customer support Craig provided was top notch. Recently moved into a condo and we were looking to get some job done. He was very responsive and useful. He felt what we needed to have done was not. Actually appreciated his honesty and his period.

I can only imagine the standard of businessman that could continue to maintain him as an employee, if this really is the mind set of an employee answering the telephone. Save yourself the waste of your time and skip calling this company. Hopefully this will be read by the owner and look after this issue.
Excuses were made by the employee to them beginning a brand new one and completing a job. About what I needed, nothing done. When I said,"sounds as if you're telling me your too busy to do this job" he says .
Craig, from Craig Plumbing called me this afternoon in response to my email to his business site. He had been the person I talked with this morning. Have to say I was impressed that he phoned me to explain what happened and was quite professional on the telephone. That said, lessons to be learned from this: Do not answer your cell phone on work site with bad reception and two inspectors waiting to do your final. . .let it go into voice mail and call back later in a controlled environment. After our discussion I could see giving his firm a call later on.

We had a plumber come in and estimate $1500 in pipes services and referred us 2800. After spending the day phoning cleanup solutions and pipes, I spoke to Craig and knew he was the individual to provide us an honest appraisal. The cleaning firm and $165 charged he referred us to charged us $980. Craig saved us over $3,000. He is not one of those technicians that extracts as much as possible out of you and takes advantage of the situation. I am grateful I met him would recommend his services. The planet needs more professionals!

Craig and team did a fantastic job installing my new tankless water heater. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and were efficient and quick. Their bid was aggressive and Craig followed up times post-job to make sure I was fulfilled. I'll be using these for all of my plumbing requirements going forward.

Craig responded that I just noticed it now, he is dead . I wound up calling another company after spending $1000 digging to get a pipe in which Craig told it had been. The company simply had a functioning camera along with a competent plumber that was able to tell me in which the drain line was moving. Craig says that his camera had interference, incorrect, he likely doesn't understand how to operate his camera had a poor camera. When the other man came in there was no difficulties. And why did he charge me fair when he could not perform the job Either the event you don't charge if you would once you charge a fee for services, you've got to be responsible or a customer. I am not planning to let I am taken by a plumber ! I'm starting a case with California Contractor Lic board as I don't want to move for having Craig pay me for the charges he charged me for having him perform work that is incorrect along with other costs I incurred. I suggest you NOT to do do business. He's either element or NOT honest but the case he prepared to take responsibility for his work. BTW, I generally don't just put in poor reviews, in fact nearly all of my testimonials are 5 celebrities raving about people who deserve you.
