They arrived and unlocked my door on a Saturday night in 20-30 minutes. It's not cheap (think it was 160 ) but it was very fast. My night saved.

Came out for four locks to be fixed by same day support. He had been in and out in about 20 minutes. Price of job has been less than quoted. I highly recommend this company.

Called this guys when I had my own locks changed. They got in under 30 minutes into my store and I was charged by the exactly what they quoted me on the telephone. I would recommend them to anybody.

Because my kitty got locked in another area, called at 1:00 am freaking out. They sent out someone to help. Very trendy and friendly service! Thank you!

We used The DC Locksmith since the keys were accidentally left inside the trunk. Someone came at Georgetown to unlock the vehicle. The price was quite reasonable (less than $100).

Rip-off! 15 minutes of work needed, almost $200. Find someplace else to go.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!My wife locked her keys in her car. Whenever these guys showed up they quoted her $240 plus a $15 service charge. After deciding to call somebody else, the individual plagued my wife demanding a $50 cancellation fee (that was not revealed on the initial phone call). Finally the speed was lowered by the major office to a level $100. After attempting to pay by charge card, she was told that they only take money and had to go find an ATM to pay the individual (they allegedly accept charge cards).
The entire process took more than two hours for my wife to be late in picking our child up . This was a horrible experience.
