Dennis is the BEST. My boyfriend and I had been locked from our apartment at 11pm and Dennis was there in 20 minutes. He was moderately priced, fast, professional, and required charge cards. He saved the day and I would urge him.

I can't opine that Dennis does but based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this service. I felt as if the guy wasn't professional or efficient came up with amounts on the spot, and ended up damaging my floor.
After he left, I noticed that my new hardwood floor was damaged when he set his thick gear down.
Reading all of the positive reviews, I chose to call Dennis to receive a quote after moving in to change the locks in my apartment. A cylinder change was asked by me a lockable handle for a second along with a bolt installation. Dennis gave me an estimate of about $300 and 1 hour to get everything done and was courteous. He said somewhat could change, but he will send a tech to give me the quote. I chose to go with him , so everything was fine up to that point, since the ballpark appeared right.
Today I was walking at Home Depot and sadly walked past the handle he offered me for $135 (same brand, same style, same functionality, same everything) and it was $44!! I know it was delivered by him, therefore there should be over triple the cost?!, although a markup
The next door he said he'll do it for me for"free" and required him about two minutes (for he initially wanted to charge $49 too ). All in all, I paid $330 with taxation, did not get the toughest part done (deadbolt), and the entire thing took nearly two hours.
The tech arrived on time, and when I asked for the items, I got an estimate of $530 + taxation. I wasn't expecting to pay nearly double the initial estimate, although I was expecting a cost difference. I was in a hurry, so I'd no time to call someone else and chose to skip the deadbolt because that was the sole installation that would require drilling, and I figured that would be expensive. Without that, I obtained an estimate of $353!! Still way over! I got the adhoc breakdown: cylinder $95, lock handle and $25, labor $ 49 $135, labor $49 for the door. So I said ok, must be a really large end door handle, but I'll take it and will do the installation myself to save $49 (literally two screws).

Dennis came punctually, was extremely professional getting me back. Was quite happy with the entire service. Will recommend!

He was in 20 minutes which is amazing considering my lives in my building at my apartment. Dennis was so valuable and thorough. He explained it malfunctioned, and took the opportunity to explain that the lock was set up improperly. Basically, I came home and has been locked out and my boyfriend was locked in. If only to get a pissing competition, my superb did appear. Dennis won in my book! He is professional and trustworthy. I'd call him again. I really saved his number in my phone with star near it.
