Don't employ them. I paid $120 to have a lock repaired and was told it's repaired. When I installed it at hone and found it wasn't fully repaired, they refused to come correct it. They blamed me and refused to fix it As soon as I brought it back to get them complete the repair. Totally unprofessional and improper business practice.

I am pretty certain me ripped off. They needed me signt the paper it stated 45 for the fee when I signed it swiped my card gave me back my recipt and it said that my complete was 180 and man came. I am confused when I predicted and they were super unhelpful. Would not reccomend.
Completely unprofessional. The technician got the job done. It had been like pulling teeth to find the paperwork I wanted for my insurance company to refund me. The feminine"manager" is beyond unprofessional and impolite. I asked to submit to my insurance provider. She asked me to get a statement amount, which I clearly would not have as that is the paperwork I wanted HER to ship ME. She informed me there was nothing she can do for me when I did not have that amount. Fortunately, I was able to talk her and she discovered me at the machine with contact number and my name. She filed a"petition" to get me a copy of my bill, which required a week. I propose training or replacing your home office personnel. It's unacceptable how I had been treated. Unless changes are made your company will dwindle. I thank the technician because of his work. That is it.
I brought a few locks that were Z-wave to get them rekeyed. They finished them and charged me much less than I believed I would have to pay. These are the guys I shall call, if I need a locksmith again.
