I woke up to an entrance door that refused to start. Mike was quite responsive and resolved this issue. I feel convinced highly recommending this company to anyone needing a locksmith when dealing with an emergency situation!
Just moved into a new location and I needed of the doors to possess the same key. Mike managed to find a solution although the owners didn't leave keys. Finished the work. I would strongly recommend using this company.
However, please let me describe something - once I googled locksmiths in Parker, all these other places come up as advertisements. Well, I have never had to call a locksmith before so I did not understand the process. I called the first number because it stated"$15 dollar service telephone, 15 min response time warranty 24/7, blah blah. I predict the number, a super grumpy foreign woman replies"locksmith", and I proceed to ask,"What firm did I call?" And I am nearly murdered by her by the tone in her voice, because I am really needing my blood thinners and other things in my bag but I move. Apparently, she then farms out my contact number and I start receiving calls by a ton of men who hardly spoke english saying ,"You will need unlock?" I am like, WHAT??! It was just weird. When one called who did speak I asked how much and he said"well, we will not know until we see your house," swear, that is what he stated. . .what does that mean?" He then stated,"I mean we must find out what sort of lock you have. ." I explained it's just a simple door lock - he would not quote me a price.
That is when I hung-up and predicted that provider. I explained my situation and it was an interior door lock, and they readily and quickly quoted me a fee of $85 - to boot, Mike said they were on the house and made me two extra keys! He went beyond and above!
Today was a day, catastrophic news and just one of those days which gets worse and worse. Thought it was over, but lo' and behold, I went to receive my purse out of my interior closet door (which I keep locked) for my own heart pills, also recognized the keys to my cupboard were in my handbag! I start to panic.
They saved the day for me personally, and I would use them again and again (hopefully however, I will not need to!) I highly suggest them!!
