Ariana and Javier were superb! Diagnosed my kitchen sink difficulty, discovered the congestion and cleared out everything in 30 mins. Pricing was affordable as well as the staff was focused, polite and informative all the way.

Very Dependable indeed! I known as Dependable in the morning and had a sewage clog and they sent a tech within couple of hours to my home. She had been very patient and explained to us the numerous choices and showed us pictures from work that is prior to substantiate her evaluation. She had been very thorough once we gave the go 18, and owned the process of clog removal. She explained exactly what she was doing while working on the job and showed the camera image of the sewage pipe to us before and after the removal and is very experienced. She had good recommendations for upkeep and provided proposals for long term settlement of the Issue,

I'd Ariana as my technician and she was Professional, friendly and understood what she was doing!! I had a previous plumber out two weeks before and he didn't understand what he was doing and didn't mend my water heater but billed me. Ariana let me understand what went on and the problem was not corrected by the repair. Ended in the amount of time and showed up on time she stated it would take. Highly recommend this company and highly recommend Ariana.

Ariana, my support tech, was great and I recommend you inquire if she's available (she can also recommend some great vegan restaurants if you're interested!)
Fast reply, made a through review of my difficulty (backed up toilet, uck!!) Including assessing drain pipes in basement and crawl space, clarified the issues they saw and suggested several alternatives, explaining the + and -'s (and prices ) of every. And to top it off they were more picky regarding tracking dirt into the home from outside or the basement than that I am! lol

Cheerful, professional, thorough, and competent. The cost was a bit higher, but the worthiness of the support made up for the difference. They were both careful around the property and helped me know the options. I had had another plumber who did not do it, so I am relieved that Dependable was good to their title. I'd call.

Javier and ariana were the 2 technicians that were dispatched to repair the issue in my condo. Before calling plumbing, three pipes tried to fixed the issue and were unsuccessful. The issue was with kitchen sink.
Originally when Ariana and Javier came, there was some misunderstanding and I was planning to send those guys back ( could be because I had difficulty with different plumbers). But Ariana is a really smart woman. Rather than arguing with me, she told me that she could do the inspection for free for me. Great salesmanship from Ariana. Not Ariana and Javier did a visual inspection, they explained me what the issue could be and the various ways the problem could be fixed. Now, my trust was won by them. Instead of arguing Ariana patiently handled my queries and produced a good impression. Once they diagnosed the issue, Ariana was convinced that she and Javier could repair the issue. She offered a deal to me that should they fix the issue only I can cover them or else its free. Since, I had earlier gambled on three pipes, I thought it was a fantastic deal but still was not sure whether the issue can be fixed. Ariana and Javier started working on the issue and fixed it in one hour, After, I consented.

Again disappointed.
Andrew, I am sorely disappointed in your service and my customer experience! Last week you grossly overcharged my spouse and me and came out. Not only was that the cost disgusting, you and your staff did not fix our problem (backed up shower drain). Furthermore, you caused extra damage (due to putting a high power jetter into our cleanout, causing water back up in our laundry space - these pipes were NEVER the problem). I called another plumber (costing additional $$ but a portion of your fee ) who came out, went to our shower, and successfully unclogged it .

Plumbing & dependable Rooter have come to fix both also our shower along with our kitchen sink. They were prompt in response and very respectful, both technicians and office employees. They took some time to explain exactly what they do to resolve them, the difficulties, and also the choices and did great job too. I appreciate the support. An excellent experience from start to finish. Their customer service is impeccable - friendly and efficient folks in the office (Natalie was great!) Who text you a photo as soon as you can expect them, and of the technician who will be doing your ceremony. Our technician (Taylor) was friendly, prompt, professional, and clarified our options completely and did the work quickly and well. We really liked the easy to understand pricing structure as well. Highly suggested.

I had a great experience working with dependable pipes I had the joy of working with Jesus, Ariana, Javier and Andrew. They are very professional and considerate at what they do, just good. They re did all of the piping within my house & not merely did they do an AMAZING job but I felt that my house was in good hands. I can not say enough it was done and how happy I am with the out. My renter's ( new dental office on Blossom Hill Road) toilet and sink were obstructed. Owner Andrew and his staff came on COMMITED TIME, they assessed all the bathrooms and sinks, and decided a potential local 3" drain pipe might be blocked. They eliminated the toilet, put a camera to diagnose the issue is toilet debris gathered in the line ( he clarified sometimes cast iron pipes crackedtree root block the line ), then the group snaked the line, and cleaned up the clog, and then reinstalled toilet, the toilet room is clean and fresh like was, no mess, no water, no smell. That kind of service I am looking for doing job that is neat and clean, and do identification, one shot repair the issue.

Called regarding a sink and they could give me a same day appointment. Ariana and also Chuck came. Problem was identified and both worked efficiently to have it resolved. Very happy with the job they did but even better was the great mindset they had.They both gave recommendations to prevent future plumbing problems.

Pricey but the Ideal. Came on the work and time was impeccable. So that the ability level was a lot higher than you'd expect to get a Saturday drain clog, arianna had been a foreman on her last job.
These guys are the Rolls Royce of support plumbing - Pricey, but great.
Called on a Saturday to root the obstructed drain (why does this sort of stuff always occur on weekends or holidays) These guys actually had a real human response and scheduled a consultation.
