I Purchased a locksmith via Diamondback Locksmith. Long story short, I ended up reaching out for what I thought was an excessive charge, for their management. After several weeks they credited me back nearly back, which I believe was honest and an proper way to manage it. Giving a higher inspection than normal to make it appropriate.
Aside from price, I had been advised that the locksmith could be in my house at 20 min. It took them around 1.5 hours that included me phoning back and after up 3-4 times because I had been in a time sensitive situation.
They ended up sending these men to me. The costs Diamondback quoted me were much different then.
They charged me $180 for a door which took 2 min to start. I wasn't told. They said the price is dependent upon how complicated the lock was... Initially Diamondback quotes it would be about $80.

Jacob was awesome. Quite fixed the problem in minutes and timely! We had a crisis and they were within minutes! Plus they offer discounts! Highly highly recommend!

The customer support was great I spoke with the proprietor . They are extremely quick! They could be out to rekey my home as soon as an hour but I instead put up an appointment, when I called for a quote. The service tech called 40 mins to allow me to know he was on his way. I'm knocking off one star as I was not aware there is labour costs in addition to the quote I was given which only contained the parts and the fee to get the support tech come out, I wish I would have been made aware of the complete price upfront.

We had Jacob come out to diagnose our entrance door handle that has been busted. The hardware was a inexpensive set that's typical for house builders to use - and fractures. He gave me all of the choices, from fixing to substituting the spring that has been broke. I chose the line set and after some calling around he managed to procure a handle that matched the bolt hardware for a far lower cost. I just needed the deal he went ahead and only replaced this, saving me $200 as he managed to get the handle instead of purchasing a complete set for much more affordable. I highly recommend.

From calling to having all my locks rekeyed the entire process took two hours. Thank you for being amazing and a true professional to Jacob. Everything was done perfectly and never to mention affordable.

UnaccountableI would seriously advise against using this service. He suggested that the key would not work to open the back because I stood too near the motor vehicle, when I had difficulty with key. When it would not work again I requested a call and he looked at my house but I hadn't been in home....which is why I requested he call. After that I never heard back from he or the supervisor and the key doesn't work two months later. It doesn't open the back, the doors nor does this start the car (I have a keyless ignition).
Sure he's fine. I would too if I got $400 for a poor product I probably paid less than half what I billed. A mark up could make me happy too especially if I did not have to be answerable for its own usefulness.

I accidentally locked myself out of my office at 12, today. I called understand exactly what they dealt with. I called Diamondback Lock and Key for Another quote. Their charges were far more reasonable. A set rate for a much lower cost compared to my preceding quote, if the door could be opened without needing to drill the lock and re-key and coming out. Aaron had me in 10 min in my workplace and came within 15 min. Great, professional service what another company quoted me and nearly half. They are strongly recommended by me.

These men were quite flexible to work with my program that is changing and fantastic. They chased the fob & cut my driving elderly son to on the 2nd key and came out. They are service oriented and extremely friendly. We don't have to replace a key but I call Diamondback when we have some needs. Thanks guys!!!

Called these guys that they could generate an appointment. Thay day even offered a later appointment but I could not accept. Jacob was unphased although I showed up late. He keyed the entire house in less than two hours (About 13 locks). Very professional and went over and beyond. Seemed very fair also and showed me options if I wanted them. I'd certainly use them again.
