Richard and the whole staff were the best! My lock . It opened with no reasonable and drilling. He keypad while he was at it and replaced the lock. Great job! Thank you! Liberty Safe recommended them. I recommend them also!!!

I am now to the mishap of month.

I LOVE the elderly gentlemen who essentially run this place, I remember first coming with my dad when I was about 7, so a very long time ago... but I won't ever be back because of their idle and RUDE front counter man-boy.
Should you go, ask for Steve or the other elderly gentleman who really understand how to perform treat their clients AND the work. They are usually doing the work in the back.
The man-boy needs to go. I've sent people there and they have experienced an issue with the bearded man-boy who functions in the front as well. So I believe it is tough to refer others over.

Wish there was a under a star score, perhaps a toilet bowl symbol rather. The tech was not rude but somewhat condescending, Walked as if he possessed it. Don't inform me that one of the locks weren't able to be keyed as the others. Completely wasted trip. Waste of cash. Don't use them again.

Steve lent me a dispatch that was nearer to an hour. Do Steve. Tim, the locksmith, was fantastic. I'll use another firm should I won't suggest this one and need somebody in the future. The client's time things, Steve.

These guys are great. Fixed the lock my truck tailgate. Easy to work with and they explained everything they did. Very repair also. Very professional.

A late night lockout recently had and I obtained Tim, if called for emergency support. He did an amazing job and was fast on birth, patient each step of the way in troubleshooting. It is hard to find service yet!! stands out

Fast service, friendly staff, and they copied a key that 3 other locksmiths couldn't replicate.

Good experience. I was having trouble with keys that would work on the safety door but not the door. They explained the reason I was having troubles and rekeyed my tumbler. I was hoping to pay more centered on the quote I purchased (service telephone charge and pro-rated hourly charge)but I wasn't billed for the hourly fee. The technician was courteous and did a great job. I will be calling them again when necessary and suggest this company. Thank you.

Here I'm at the store with a tailgate lock that is broke and has to be drilled out to open gate and then replace lock... However Armondo the Tech informs me"I don't want to mess with it. . .sorry"... What ?!!!!! I'm really displeased for wasting my time with a store that doesn't know it's craft.

This locksmith socket was excellent in every detail. Knowledge,customer support. My call to A Professional services was a security liaison. I'm not disappointed. The petition was finished in an hour, the project was professional in every manner. When this service is necessary, I'm a satisfied customer and will reuse this institution.

These guys are Amazing! We have locked our keys in shop vehicles I'd like to admit. They pleasant and are always and always here fast very professional. They are in our speed dial Haha, Thanks guys!

I had been having a problem with a lock. The lock manufacturer sent me components to be employed to repair it. However, while I could get the lock out of the door, I couldn't take it apart. These guys said I could bring them, so I did. Of course when I bring it it works fine. They send me.
I've put the lock back, and it's still not quite appropriate, but it is better. No idea . I need to give these guys a fantastic rating for customer service. They were going to fix the lock when they found no problem a diagnostic fee didn't even charge me, and I brought with me. I like this. If this thing acts again these guys will be trying first.
Somewhat difficult since they didn't actually do anything to examine this one.
The only reason that they do not get 5 stars from me is because the first guy didn't appear to understand anything about an Emtek lock, and after a few minutes of not even getting anywhere with it he took it to another guy in the back who appeared to understand them.

I can't remember the guy's name, but he had been extremely beneficial and the task was completed within seconds. It can help to have very men and women work with you once you're in a position. (:
These men were sooo sweet. I got others were not better than the price, and they said the guy would be there in around 25 minutes; he had been there in 15.

Professional. They re-keyed my saddlebag locks fast and left a duplicate of my bike crucial and the keys work good. They have a broad choice of affordable safes.

I love this !!! that is locksmith I had all types of trailer and hitch keys that I needed to make a copy of- that they did a superb job!!!!

The company should have called me to tell me that they ran . They have to have done something to make it right for being late. Horrible customer service!
I scheduled an appointment and nobody showed up over the time. I called the office and nobody answered. I called and the guy that answered said that he was finishing a project and might be there in 10 minutes. No sorry and no excuse as to why he is late. I requested him to charge me regular rate since he is late and he said no. I'm appalled!

Purchased had it delivered and a protected from here. Professional and helped locate me the best deal. Preston managed to answer all my questions, discussed choices, and made recommendations. Shipping was done quickly and on time and professionally. I would recommend these folks.
