SCAM ARTISTS EMPLOYED HERE!!! I called them and they shipped out this guy who went to rip us had to perform just two locks but my neighbor only locked one lock!!! Because she had no essential 12, she did not lock both licks

This guy was going to bill $320. . .so that I yelped a company and they will charge $125 to start one lock.
BEWARE. Unfortunately, he just paid the fee. It was only when we came back the following day to really inspect the job that we noticed the brand new hardware was scraped and all the surrounding wood on both the door and door jam were shattered, it appeared he had been using a screwdriver and only made repeated jabs to remove a few of the timber which was impeding the locking mechanism.
If you merely have to re key or substitute a deadbolt you need to be nice but whatever else....RUN. I wish we would have sent the guy home after the initial two hours he had been there. BIG MISTAKE.
I called the owner and explained this as well as sending images of this technician's work. He called me back a few hours later and explained the tech told him,"swearing on his life" that he did not scratch the hardware. He said it has to have been the floor contractor that damaged the lock. However, the floor contractor left with me that night out the side door (the only door he has a key to and came the following day to complete the job with me). At no time did this contractor go near the door. It was just after I circled back that he said he would refund $85. I declined and requested a full refund as I would need to find another person to fix the front door so I can actually make it open with out throwing out my shoulder as well as live with fresh and quite expensive hardware that is completely scraped a barely out of this box. I filed a complaint with the BBB, contacted my credit card to dispute the fee that was bogus and here I am.
My boyfriend and I bought a home. We bought period special front door hardware from Emteck, the hardware was $600. We had an expert to install the new door hardware along with M & D Locksmith was discovered by also my boyfriend online, the testimonials looked fine.
We were quoted $65/hr. 4 hours following the tech came and requests from my boyfriend to make adjustments to the door jam since after he was finished with the install the door wouldn't open; he billed $359.
The tech came at our property at 1:40 pm and did not complete the installation before 5:30 pm (it had been dark when he finished). Gradually, my boyfriend discovered him sighing, muttering under his breath and becoming frustrated. It appeared if my boyfriend offered advice or some assistance he became even more disgruntled and he was having some difficulty installing the hardware. My boyfriend was also overseeing another builder who was refinishing our floors and did not pay further attention to him (as a side note, this contractor needed to return another day to complete his job since the tech took so long that he hurried out of light). The house is presently empty lighting yet.

Since I had some locks changed they were found by me on Yelp and keys duplicated. The guy that came out was efficient, fast and professional. He got to my house within 20 minutes asked a few questions with respect as promised and gave me a sensible price! I called them since my workplace wanted fresh locks and they could make it out within minutes. They have all in their trucks, and so that they could complete the task in 1 trip. Was quite professional, humorous, friendly and educated. If that is your first time using a services this corporation will put you at ease. Quick, easy and very aggressive in pricing. This company deserves more than a 5 star rating!
Ben was very communicative and favorable. He also was nice enough and rekeyed 5 locks he had already finished when we realized too late that it needed to be a key from others. He charged a reasonable price and was effective.

I for some reason have been locking my keys in my car as of late and I got tired of it. I phoned around a few locksmiths plus they gave me outrageous prices in comparison to these guys.
I attempted several locksmith areas in the area, but a lot of them are closed sooner than advertised or not carrying house/office key to duplicate (I suppose many are currently specialized in smart keys. .)

In a couple of minutes I got a call from the technician, and scheduled an appointment. The technician gave me a quotation and then arrived shortly after weighing my choices not to go with their services, and I decided. They were quite friendly and accommodating and if I choose to rekey my doors again I will call D&M Locksmith. Thank you!

Just by looking at the reviews I assumed so I decided to trust this location this place would be decent. The man got to where my car was and he was complaining how far he had to push, he'd come all of the way from Costa Mesa or anything. Ok I'm sorry I locked myself out of the automobile? So that you should not be complaining like that to me, but you are charging me for your service. Whatever I guess he had a tough day. Before deleting my car, '' he informs me if I want him to unlock my car, I have to compose a"great yelp review" on them and give them 5 stars. I was dumbfounded and at loss of words. He did not even say like"can you" or"please", he said"you have to". I was scared to be honest being lonely at a parking lot at night with this man"threatening" me. And that I refused, '' I did not wish to compose a review to help their business when I'm not satisfied. But he insisted I must if I want my car unlocked and so I wrote an extremely vague and mediocre review together with the 5 stars (that I deleted once I got home). He would tell that I was super pissed so he unlocked my door and went although he wasn't satisfied with my review. The procedure took a couple of minutes. It's time for me and that I hand him my card presuming card is taken by them , but he says money only. Ok that is no big deal, thank god there was a atm nearby so that I said I'll be back with the money and he says he'll follow me, I suppose he thought I was planning to run away without paying, just leaving my car there LOL. Everything aside, I was angry and frustrated I wasn't able to just say no to him sternly when he demanded that I write a great review. Seriously please do not do that your customers should not have to feel threatened.
