I'd called the day before and spoke to Jesse (among the staff there) to get a quotation. I found the quote he gave me to be very aggressive and fair and if your a"Yelper" you receive a discount in addition to it! . Jesse managed to fit me for the morning. Before they opened up the next day I came in early and just waited outside. And because I had spare time that I went into the"Starbucks" drive thru adjoining door and got me a sexy vente mocha as I waited. Eric showed up and he was a true gentleman. He told me I could watch TV in their very comfortable room that I did afterwards. Overall I was in and out in about Thirty Minutes. This place is the go for all of your locksmith needs to place hands down. . .commercial and residential.But It's the ONLY PLACE TO GO FOR ALL VEHICLE REMOTES DUPLICATING and PROGRAMMING! I'd looked around Orange County to get a locksmith who'd plan and laser replicate my key. To my dismay I found the prices they offered me were outrageous if not ridiculous. My Mercedes wouldn't be even touched by many of the other locksmiths. But, the proprietor of this business, Eric N. was quite able to do the job! He was quite educated and incredibly skilled in just about all locksmith situations that might come up. He was friendly and polite. Only a true pleasure to work with.

I'd, if I could give zero stars. Upon requesting for his business card, cody was super rude, he stormed from the office to retrieve it. Upon returning, he threw the card , opened up the door, and once I requested him to make two keys for the door, he said"I don't have time to do that". YOU ARE. He threw them, after he made the keys. UTTERLY and completely unprofessional, and I'll be sure my company never uses them . Dude, if you are that unhappy, find another work!!

Brought my daughters car here to California Locksmith to get her door locks and ignition key programmed and replaced. Here was excellent. . The customer service I received was exceptional. Quick,friendly and very knowledgeable this place did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this location for all your safety requirements.

Through the years, I'd taken it apart in order to wash and make repairs, which isn't a simple endeavor.
I advised the locksmiths that I spoke to that I had taken the Baldwin mortise lock apart and that the difficulty was a result of a bend in the latch. No one which I contacted offered to assist me.
I had been having problems using the latch locking in place. I called a couple locksmiths in the area and they were all too pleased to inform me that they could not repair the mortise lock (without looking at it) and advised me to purchase a new one (approx $500).
CA Locksmith was contacted by me and I had been fortunate enough to match with Kong. Kong grinded down a portion of the latch that was keeping it from working. He spent a bit of time together with me ensuring that the lock worked correctly and was very patient.

Took all of 10 minutes to schedule a key for my 2013 Grand Cherokee Jeep. Price was a bit steep at $220, but it could cost $150 more to get this.
Overall, I am pleased with my new key, THANK YOUUUU!!!

It only came with a single key, when I purchased a secondhand car for my daughter. Modern car keys with the safety processor and fob can be rather expensive so I was ready for the worst.
