The guy came to our location try to rob my husband!! A lock price $500 (not Bluetooth or any high tech just a regular lock). He thinks we're stupid that can be ripped off, so we did each remodel our very own to replace a lock with $30 each( already very good quality and with Bluetooth just $100)
No integrity at all and also shameless enough to request service fee following his absurd proposal ( $500 a lock. . With many doorways )
Very bad experience. I inquired for knob and a door lock of my house. They ask come-in and the speech without any quote. The group of my lock is Kwikset. When the tech was here, he told me that he cannot re-key this lock without lock. He just may replace the lock for me. The cost is CRAZY from $250~$550 for installation and locks. I purchase the Kwikset lock and knob for less 35 in Homedepot. The cost is way lower than what the tech quoted if I cover $100 installation fee. I still need to pay $49 for only let him to come and assess the lock. It's ridiculous In all honesty. Not suggest this store to anyone. Be careful if u need them. Before you pay them Know the market cost.
