Don's Locksmith

I contacted Don's locksmith following my roommate went. I was held up at work when he was 30 mins away, and predicted. He waited and when I arrived he rekeyed both locks at a price that was reasonable. I'd definitely use this provider again.

Welp later months of placing back the lock after falling off week after week for nearly 9 weeks the lock eventually broke and chose to have the post office appear and repair the lock causing us to have to put our email on hold for a week until they might emerge. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but our mail carrier and the person who came out to correct it both agreed it wasn't the lock for our box to this company and it wasn't placed on correctly. Waste of money. I really don't recommend this company.

This company is such a rip off! It took him 5 seconds to open the doorway. He didn't need to break the lock and he charged me $250. I had known as another locksmith and have locked itself out one time and they charged me $50 to open up the doorway.

It's more I'd like to pay, but he punctual. Knows what he is doing.
I advised him about 9pm"I am locked outside, my lock is broken. I would like someone here in 8am" replied in a couple of moments. "What is your address, I'll be there"

So I was in need of a brand new key fob for my drive start focus st. Initially I called my local ford dealership that they provide me a cost of $289. This can be for one key laser cut with fob programming. I called Don's Locksmith and also the man look nice. Took my information than said I will be called by a tech within 2 minutes. Tech called and I explained what I needed. Asked for a quotation. I was given just under 300 compared to the man acted confused and said it was not the ideal prince and couldn't give me a ideal number... I was like fine ? He explain that we are able to work something out once he shows up. A fob is bought by him from a ford dealership and shows me that the receipt of $225. Everything is than added by him to a total of 550. I informed that he of the dealership cost and was dismissed. Upset he told me will give me to examine his receipt and that cost. I advised him that I'm not lying and offered to cal the dealership again. The dealership gave me the same cost as before and that I explain I was shopping around and was awarded over $500 for one key fob not having the key laser cut. Inform the man that fob should be returned by him back to the dealership and which I won't cover his $550 and get back his money. He seems upset but I so did he and gave him evidence. Not sure how untrue his receipt was sorry sir not paying your cost.
Only want to say shop about because of this tect appearing.

Pricier than anticipated but support was quick and tech was within minutes of calling in on site.

Had an emergency & Don managed to fix my lock @ the time I asked. He showed me what was wrong (which was worse than I thought) and gave me multiple alternatives for repair. I chose to change my locks. Quick service- I am so thankful I will enter my home!

Reception woman who replied phone is rude and does not clarify much. She only said it'll be 29.99 plus labor. Guy was my place at 45 minutes and took 8 minutes. Ended up costing me $187 dollars. That's crazy there was not much labor in opening it. What a rip off. Can not use this company again decieving.

This man is awesome! . Emergency locks changed on the asap and he predicted of submitting a request for a quotation within two minutes. Acceptable pricing with options on safety and style. He was here in under 30 minutes and it took about 20 minutes to alter 3 locks and create an additional set of keys. I couldn't be happier .

Nice experience. They have prices that are competitive but you definitely should have the opponents prices prepared to allow them to match. I was told by the gentleman that this company has been around for 3 decades now and was excited to earn my company. Definitely felt like was a hard worker and that I was happy with the job he did. It took approximately 40 minutes to change out 4 locks and that I was given 4 sets of keys. I would definitely recommend them for anybody who have to get their locks changed from the area.

Give me a quote at 7pm, showed up. Easiest lock replacement. Thank you Don!

I locked myself out of my car there come over in 20 minutes open and less than two minutes charging me fair price I will highly recommend them thank you.

Awesome service! I literally had to wait for 15 minutes it was so quickly and I'm so grateful especially because I had 40 minutes away to work in an hour. Don is the man you should call when you're in a rush and need it done quickly with fantastic customer service!
