This company is shady. I called and asked how much it costs to get a mailbox lock. I let her know I had lost my key and wanted a replacement. She quoted me approx $20 dollars so that I made the appointment to come by. She tried to charge me about $100 when it came time to cover. She suggested I had only asked on the other charges I would incur not about the lock when I asked about the purchase price gap. I would have expected her to say that the fee is just for the lock or to provide every one of the charges when I ask for pricing and there are shipping charges or other types of charges.
