I left a message that was rather unhopeful I had when I called this number. About 10 minutes later, I get a phone back and I am told this corporation may send a plumber out in like 30 minutes. I totally do my happy dance!!
My shower faucet wouldn't turn the valve off and low and behold I had been confronted with a bathtub! Super yikes! I called as Novato serving plumbing firms as possible, after turning off the main waterline into the house. I guess for everyone was reserved before the next day July 31st is the afternoon for plumbing problems!
Totally recommend this corporation. They helped me out in a jam and I will not forget that!
The plumber came useful, ready, and ancient! He went to work right away and explained everything he was going to do and want. Turns out I needed to replace a few components that were corroded because of wear and tear. He had to some quick jaunt over to the hardware store to get the specifics. But even including that excursion, it was complete within one hour. He made sure before leaving I checked his job, also. The price was really reasonable!

I found a leak at the kitchen faucet tube, and a puddle of water under the cabinet on a Friday evening. I crawled under the sink and took few images of this flow in which I thought it was. He called me immediately and he understood what was going on. It was that the pipe was fine and the connection at the top got. He helped me to fix it on the phone. He didn't charge for this and spent time to assist me. He is not just a fantastic person but also a plumber. This is my first time calling him. I wasn't his repeat business, he helped a stranger out and I appreciate it. I'll never call another plumber, Driptech is the person.

Drip tech is more efficient, honest and fast.
Excellent service! I had a bath tub faucet that is dripping. I called Driptech after the first plumbing company what appeared to be an amount. They recommended to replace the whole shower valve. I called Driptech to get another opinion. They fixed the issue in a matter of an hour for 1/4 of the purchase price of the proposal and arrived within half an hour.

The last few times they have been hiring new workers although I enjoyed having the proprietor do our work and they don't know what they're currently doing. I've had where installed improperly and 2 air heaters. I had another company come out to test and they're saying I need over a value of work to correct the errors. They won't honor their errors although I called Drip tech to redo the work they did. This is a sign that they are doing work that is poor and that they are not trustworthy. I will no longer use them or refer these.

This is the first negative review Iwish I didn't have to do so and've ever written.
I wouldn't hire him based upon the huge oversight he never delivered on his promise of reimbursing me and left by not connecting the tub line that he is not true to his word. He isn't trustworthy.
My home's owner hired the sewer line to be replaced by Lemeki . We noticed the downstairs tub didn't drain correctly, after we bought the house in July 2017. Fast forward a year and multiple snakings + a hydrojetter and we discovered when Lemeki replaced the sewer lateral, he neglected to connect the tub to the brand new line. The water had been draining under the house for over a year. In a panic, the plumber who diagnosed it to fix the matter was hired by me. When I reported the issue to Lemeki, he pointed fingers at the county inspector in addition to the prior owner as the people at fault rather than accepting possession. Admittedly, I should have given him the chance by asking him to only repay me for 1/3 of the price of this 33, and I recognized that. He actually agreed, then went dim, resurfaced promising a response from his bookkeeper, then went dark.

Driptech Plumbing is. His employee seemed in and unqualified . He didn't know how to put the shower fixture collectively. He didn't protect the floors or surrounding area together with plastic leaving a mess that took me hours and hours to wash. After having 3 other contractors / plumbers come check the job, I learned it was done wrong and now have to redo ALL of it. I thought I had hired a plumber that was fantastic and was eager to get my bathroom beautifully. I have to pay for everything to be fixed. I should have read the bad reviews on Yelp before hiring him. Never again.

The pipe started spurting water totally Now. My plumber was not available, so he recommended Driptech. They came out and fixed the problem in about an hour, including needing to crawl about on the muddy earth underneath my house. I could not be more pleased! Esteban saved the day, and has been a joy to work with - extremely polite and professional. I won't be afraid to call Driptech!

Frankly support - that they upsold us into a heater which when installed was so noisy we had to have it removed and requested for the old version back. They refused to give us our money at the process of placing the heaters out made large holes that we then had to pursue them to do a job of mending them and back. Would never work with these men again and strongly recommend you do. We're out a few thousand dollars of utilizing them as a consequence.

Came out at 35 minutes and did a fantastic job! Very reliable-couldn't be fulfilled especially today after dealing with different plumbers!!!

This is the firm for you in the event that you feel just like throwing money away and have won the lottery. The landlord said he'd cover the repair and had contacted me. It was such an easy job I would have done it but we where busy. Then a 3 plumber brought the parts out of Mill Valley. The bill had no breakdown for parts which at max might have cost $50. It simply listed line 2 with no explanation and service telephone charge $59 claims $716. For a grand total of $775 3 plumbers used a screwdriver.
By the way no line on the bill for tax???
This is actually the only 1 star review I shall likely write but I am just appalled at shady these guys are.

If I could I'd give zero stars to his crew along with Lemeki. A year or so ago, I hired this man to install a tankless water heater at our house that was large. He convinced us we needed two due to the home's dimensions. It has been a tragedy! Thousands of dollars wasted. I am filing a complaint and will go further as I was tricked by him out of $7500. I am calling the tankless manufacturer, Navien, so they decertify him as an installer. I'm left with a gorgeous home with a water heating system that was completely dysfunctional. Comes out chilly forever, finally gets hot, then contributes to chilly in the center of a shower and will not heat up. Taps and all showers in the house behave differently. I began calling him and he never came. Of my messages were ignored by has. After called back and said by when he got back, he was from town, but would come. Never did. Do not employ this provider.

Four stars because I am not certain about how the pricing was. They appeared to bill. I felt the price was high for not much traveling time and a very small job, but I might be wrong. I also encountered some earnings pressure to replace another area, which probably would have caused the task to go an hour within. It was great advice to replace it to prevent a potential issue, not certain.
Five stars for responsiveness. I predicted others late Monday morning and none could come until Tuesday (perhaps because this was going to be a little job? Far less than an hour of effort ). These men could come in just two hours. Much appreciated this. And they fixed the problem.

We've used Driptech in the past for easy sewer snaking, but this time they we had them big time. The problem was complicated since the pipe was approximately 100 ft long and conducted through the neighbor's lawn. They walked through all of the solutions that were possible and it appeared best for everyone tie into a sewer line that was different and to dig a new trench. They showed up early the next day (saturday) using a group of men and started digging a ridiculously deep long trench. They worked before sunset to get the project. They did it although I didn't know it was possible to achieve such a feat. I would highly recommend using Driptech if you're in Marin.

Really great crew. Answered telephone knows their stuff, charge and quite pleasing experience was reasonable. Installed dishwasher. Some problems which were managed easily.

Excellent service and very friendly and professional. A gas line was mended by them in our kitchen and also did a fantastic job. Quite pleased with their services. We'd call them for more work.

These guys came out in around 15 minutes to fix an overflowing toilet on Labor Day on a Sunday afternoon. Pretty impressive. They had been once the shit hit the ground the plumber who returned my phone now. The neighbor's below, although it was not my toilet floor. The builders who recently remodeled our apartment left an old rag from the drain. The plumber pulled out it after running a commercial snake throughout the pipes and removing the bathroom. Quick and competent, though not cheap.

We were very happy with our service. We've used them to get a plumbing issue on two occasions - once to get a heating issue and the next time. Lemeckie was extremely friendly and made certain that among his group members assisted us when he was unavailable. Same day services we obtained.
Felix who is on Lemeckie's group couldn't have been nicer. He saw that my 4 year old loved also the following day and Spiderman came back with comic novels along with a mask!

The major water line into our house's pipe broke in the night. It was made by driptech out by noon the next day. All said and done, fantastic service at a great price, and they could match us sooner than anybody else in the city. I'll definitely be calling them.

Plumbing is our go to plumber--I have them on speed dial.
On multiple occasions recently Lameki and Felix have serviced our sewer line (the landlord will not replace it) along with also our bathrooms. They are courteous trustworthy and friendly. I have support within 24 hours and text or call at the morning. They make me feel like a VIP along with a priority.
I recommend Driptech-note that their rates are less expensive then some of those companies and support is a great deal more private! They don't oversell. Check these out!
