Robel is also an all-around fine man and professional, and friendly. It's not often I write a review moments after the completion of support but I did. Robel deserves all of the celebrities. I hope he becomes the king of the lock heap-he deserves it.
Robel was quick to respond to my quotation request and priced also. On the afternoon of the appointment, Robel was running late (Seattle traffic, damn you!) And allow me to let me know. He took his time answering the questions I had about lock safety and whether or not rekeying was a security measure that was sufficient or when we had a brand new lock.

2. We found that the wire within the lock was somehow broken, and not certain why (whether came faulty or got broken through the setup ). Robel installed the lock back, bought me a brand new lock (the same as the person I bought & he provided to cover the cost), came back after the afternoon, and completed the swap;

There in 20 minutes, inside your house in 3 minutes. He's clearly got abilities (although you're also now questioning how stable your stated secure-smart-lock actually is). Not only did quickly, unconsciously, and patiently (I asked a lot of questions regarding how secure my lock was) get us back into our house, but his pricing was fair for how quickly he arrived to rescue to a Friday night. It is 5:40 pm on a Friday night following a week, and you're headed to catch beverages and dinner. As you close your front door and hit the lock button on your relatively new"smart" lock, you suddenly turn to a spouse and ask if he, by chance, has a secret. Because you know, you sensibly don't trust it, and bought a lock but you don't know it's battery life, which means that you never leave home. Except this time.
You look at the app background, your very own anger as you understand that the last motion detected, flashing was when you entered the house. It did not even register that the door was secured by you, so how can it enroll to unlock?
And as you said key and hit in the code to return inside, an angry red flashes. "Certainly I fat-fingered the code," you believe, as you put it again. Angry. Third time's a charm, right? Angry red. Now you're frantically pulling out your phone, because"hey technology!" There is a program for this smart lock. The app suggests you click to find the motion but says there is no motion. Despite the fact that you're standing right in front of the camera trying to get in. Stupid "smart" lock.

I called Robel up after fighting with installing a keyless deadbolt on my front door and he managed to come out the next day the day, to save! I have worked with a slew of builders and this was by far the most easy and best encounter. He installed both of my deadlocks, gave me guidance on the best way to replace an inside doorknob myselfand everything on the two locks he set up was ideal (they are extremely hard locks which need to be installed flawlessly to operate and he doubletriple checked everything to do it right).
