Empire Lock

Luckily Empire attempted a couple of months ago. I have never seen somebody so cautious making keys. I have had tons of keys created here and they've always worked. Now I go every time I want a key duplicated. These guys are the bomb!
I used to visit the big hardware stores to get keys. I get a couple copies created because the copies do not necessarily work - the keymakers at these big stores are always in a hurry.
Added later: I am Rather of several rehearsal spaces and got two hundred keys. Each of them worked. Incredible!

I locked myself out of my apartment in the worst way possible (no phone no keys no more wallet). Called Empire to pop up the lock from a friend's phone and they showed up in 15 minutes, were favorable and charged a reasonable rate.

Best locksmith in town! I have used their services for keys since 1984, for my house. Their quick and reliable.

Awkward situation. They never have a chance however they deserve five stars for his or her ethics. A locksmith from the other company attempted to charge $672 replace and to open my bedroom doorway. While backtracking who I had predicted tonight to be able to speak to the scam artist's exceptional, I got into a guy who compassionately told me that I was being bamboozled. He asked me if my doorway was drilled open. Turns out without drilling a hole, that doors can open. Thank you, honest sir for keeping it real. This place is going to be, if I have a lock issue.

I predicted Empire lock because three of my renters lost their mailbox keys. Empire had a locksmith match with me. They were very friendly whilst assessing the occupation. The let me understand they didn't have the lock dimensions because my mailbox does not use the standard lock required. They reassured me there was one in the warehouse and they'd be back. I left the premises, As soon as they left. About one hour and 15 mins later was complete. I was shocked because I got a phone call saying they had returned. I hurried over to pay the locksmith. Everything was great 1 star lost for communicating along with two of the mailbox locks use the same key check before they leave the premises.

Love this place. The owner/ women boss is amazing, she knows her stuff. This is a great company that provides quality work the locksmith did the job arrived quickly and told me how I could find a better replacement lock. Very happy with service and the price.

This place is amazing! They offer pricing and exceptional customer service. Starting off. She was very thorough and walked me. She is also a sweetheart. This place works with ethics. Aura provided me with her mobile phone so I verify my appointment in her off hours and can send her pictures of my locks. The day of my appointment, I fulfill Eddie, who professional, compassionate and friendly. My door knob was shed and Eddie provided to fix it which was of this service. That is what I call going past and over. Offering Aura, you Empire and Eddie for your fabulous services. I will recommend your services to everybody I know in need.

After 3 visits to locksmiths, these guys provided professional and friendly support. I needed a copy of a Medco key, which apparently is rather difficult. They nailed it. I will certainly be back the next time that I want an integral cut. Thanks a Lot!

I have use Empire Lock Smith support several times while going into our new office on Grand Street. They have help me by replacing all the locks on the office that is new and fixing our doors. Helpful service at a sensible price, swift. After I'd lost my remaining backup key, the staff were quickly able to create keys. I am glad they are in such close proximity, although I am hoping I do not need their services again.

The woman and horrible service replicated an expensive key here did it wrong. Then return my money would not mend it. Do not go here for whatever check any other available hardware shop the area. She must get zero stars

This place is fabulous. Did they go out of their way to cut a set of keys to me. They're the friendliest folks working in customer service. They've thee adorable dogs who will greet you with a bark, a parrot and a cat who was"working from home now"

Wonderful work! They were on time, billed what was quoted on the phone. No hassle at all. That hard to find in the region.

They arrived within 10 minutes. The man was effective and friendly, and he got me into my apartment. What more could you want from a locksmith?!

I would certainly suggest Empire Lock. A different locksmith who was unable to help me actually gave me their name. John from Empire Lock was prompt and came 20 mins after my phone call at 12:30am, just as I had been told he'd. John came and evaluated our door and lock situation and knew how to help. I feel safer and more secure with my lock. The process was quick and John answered all of our questions.

I would happily recommend them.
They had put a lock and it started sticking. Up them this morning to find out whether a person could come look at it and they knocked on the door in 20 minutes. Obviously, the sticking stopped right before they went forward an lubed the lock and got but they were super polite and hinges.

I locked my keys Now. So time was of the essence, the motor was running. Called up Empire Lock and within 10 minutes I was walking home with my keys in my pocket and the chagrin of performing one of the dumbest things.

I have locked out on a Sunday night and these guys showed up in a flash. Fixed my lock for the price.

Best Locksmith in Brooklyn, Can,t complaint, Produced a Motorcycle Crucial plus they Nailed it. Would recommend to anybody searching for a lock smith for any situation...

I couldn't be more happy I called their customer service line in the morning at 2. I didn't have the cash required to pay at the moment, so while I walked 10 minutes to an 34, the locksmith waited patiently at my flat. They left a terrible experience tolerable and I very much appreciate it!
