I called Empire Lock & Key to really have a door lock. Kasper showed up in time. He also rekeyed this lock. While he had been there, we inquired about two locks - a garage lock along with a mailbox lock. He was able to rekey these locks, although these other 2 locks appeared to me to be fairly unique. Kasper did a fantastic job and was quite knowledgeable. Two thumbs up!!!

I sent a message once I had locked myself out and found this company. I was on my way to a scheduled appointment, but forgot my keys! My sister managed to accept me. I received a reply very quickly (within 5 minutes of sending the message). And I decided to call to let them know I would be back after my appointment. After the appointment, I called to tell them I was on my way home and we parked in precisely the same moment! Kasper explained the entire procedure, the pricing (and pointed out their bargain on Yelp! ) ) And was very professional and informative. He was not able to uncover my door he had to use a drill because his last resort - which worked! Kasper got the job done and tried his best. I suggest Empire Lock & Key to anyone that needs. I was delighted with the prompt and expert service from empire lock and key. I was happy they were close by and found them yelp. They rekeyed the RV gate that needed extra TLC from the sweltering heat along with my house all 4 entrance doors! He did not stop until he had it all finished. I appreciated the service and his devotion to the job. I'll definitely be using this company for any services later on.

Could not give me any thought to get a quote over phone when I have a conventional quik put dead bolt and lock...a little language barrier also! Great if you speak Spanish . .

After 8pm our 2 yr secured in and old closed the bedroom door. Having just bought this home we did not know where the secret was (previous owner had all of doors with its own keys.) Kasper answered the phone right away, captured our advice and showed up within 15min unbeknownst to him that there is a crying toddler on the other side of this doorway. He got it advocated knobs' type to substitute on these doors and kindly unlocked. Quick, straight to the point, didn't charge a arm and a leg, and saved the night for us. Thank you again.

While the service could've been great, we were very disappointed that we had been billed $25 for the man to show around our house and tell us without breaking our Kwikset deadbolt he could help us. He insisted on charging us to eliminate it, but it would cost us X dollars to open the doorway and X dollars to provide/install a fresh Kwikset deadbolt. Well, we didn't need that all because my Mom had retained our secret 40 miles away. We paid him $25 dropped the service, and went on our way back to Grandma's house.
Excellent customer service!!! I needed two keys created and in under fifteen minutes, they were willing to meet with me everywhere and create the keys! Not only did they create me additional keys but they supplied this service at NO charge!!! I was impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing services!!!!
This business is amazing! On rekeying our entire residence, called them to get a quote around 2pm. Came out at locks, also 3:30 pm the exact same afternoon, also was done by 5:30 pm!! Did an speedy and amazing job, and quoted us a fantastic thing! They have been super nice and considerate, and that he had been nice working together with us, because we had numerous locked for our property.
