Great communication and very reasonable with labour hours. I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

Great experience! Blake and john came today to fix a leaky bath and help with few other endeavors. They answered all my questions I could understand and the pricing was so simple. I wouldn't be afraid to call Erik Nelson Plumbing again!

When I called I received their voicemail that said the upcoming available day for support...I loved that. It sets a tone for both communication and client service they lived up to when booking and completing the job. Andy and Adam were prompt, friendly, and on-task. They were right on with their pricing estimate and did a fantastic job of installing a hot water heater. I'd recommend them to anybody.

Erik elevates the vocation of pipes . And he does it in a price that is reasonable. I have one of those Minneapolis bungalows that I am sure he sees plenty of. The first time my drain stack had eventually begun to corrode through after about 90 decades of service. He was sensitive to the issue of funding and made sure to offer a solution that could limp me together for a couple of decades, but made it clear to me that for a couple of greenbacks, I might get the Cadillac of drains. I opted for the latter, as I am wont to do. A year or so later, I called Erik back to fix the distribution side of my pipes situation. He extricated a rat's nest of copper and steel that replaced it and represented 90 decades of professional and amateur patch jobs. My house will likely never need a bit of pipes work.
I suggest Erik to anybody that needs plumbing work.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I talked to Eric on the phone about a water heater which needed replacing. He was very straightforward and professional. Justin was and he had been excellent. He was as he worked that he gave me tips about the pipes in my home and how to fix some things myself and very informative. The price quote from ENP for the water heater has been $2000 less expensive than the quote Bonfe pipes gave me. When the work was done, the price was right at the center of the quote they gave me. I am satisfied with the quality of work and the price. I will certainly be a loyal client to ENP.

We had a drain and ENP was able to come out the exact same afternoon and fix for a reasonable price for a job that is favorable and thorough. We are going to be phoning them next time we need a plumber.

Erik did a fantastic job replacing my laundry sink!
Came within his quote he gave me online. . .friendly and fast. Glad to have a plumber like this in the Metro Area!

My only gripe is that he busy.
I thank the stars for Erik, who is to pipes what Yoda is into the Jedi. He is a wizard with plumbing problems small and large. I've hired him now, and moreover his real skill I sincerely appreciate his Zen demeanor that was merry when he's getting doused with sewage. If you have read Matt Crawford's book"Shop Class as Soulcraft; An Inquiry Into the Worth of Work" you may recognize Erik as one of those men who enjoy a job well done, and who won't screw you over. That is pretty rare.

He's responsive, a straight shot, as well as skilled.
Fantastic plumber. I had some stuff that needed fixing: the bathtub spout diverter was broken along with the showerhead needed replacement. After wrestling with the bathtub spout, I found it impossible to remove. Erik removed it . He replaced everything, for example, showerhead with one that I bought at Target. Erik was kind enough send a recommendation to research brands for me personally, place on a showerhead that is temporary, and then come out again and again put in the new one without charge. That is ethics for you!

Erik is very personable, and clearly knows his stuff. He seems to be in large need so I suggest calling far in advance for work. I can not speak to his ability. But if we need him 14, I will not be afraid to call him. We've definitely discovered *our* plumber.
We've used Erik Nelson's pipes services twice and we have been satisfied. He's on time, he's respectful (covers his shoes with minimal bootie things before coming indoors ), and he does great solid work. And we know he's not jacking us: his rates are extremely fair, and he even came time beneath his estimate by roughly $60 in! His payment policies are easy peasy; you can pay online using a credit card, that has been suitable.

Excellent and trustworthy plumber. I was suddenly having some problems with a drain and an outdoor tap. From the first call to the fix, everything was smooth and professional. They are active, so you might have to wait a few days for repairs. However, it's really worth the wait!

These men were responsible, friendly and respectful. They followed and were good. I'll certainly use them again.

Responsive. I had a brand new gas dryer is attached by Erik lately. On how he'd change the layout, he made excellent recommendations and the last work seemed outstanding. Finished at the amount of time he anticipated. Very solid.
Honest. Fair rates. Excellent bedside manner. Trustworthy. Professional .

I can not help but be cliche; honest, friendly service. These men are the alternative for anybody worried about getting overcharged or lied to. Adam and Justin came right on time for our appointmentassessed our problem and solved it faster. They were both even dog friendly, professional and very nice. So it's fast and simple they also utilize phone apps for payment. Beyond this, I am happy to hire a small, local business and I hope they continue to rise.

I completely echo all the positive reviews and comments about Erik and business. Last night, my disposal sprung a leak. I left a voice message. Justin came out this day, gave me a written quotation, replaced the disposal, tested it and the price came in less than we believed. Fantastic service! I would use them and would gladly recommend them to loved ones and friends.

Very happy I found this small plumbing business. Erik is a guy who is friendly responsive, and willing to let me observe and learn from his experience when he. I'm terrible at pipes and have hired him twice to work in our basement and each time that he had been pleased to walk me and give guidance for any future issues to me. His pricing is reasonable and his work is high quality and he's personable. Very pleased to recommend him.

I have no idea why everyone else on this system seems to think this organization is amazing and fairly priced. They arrived, they did their job, nothing extraordinary so far as I can tell, and the RATES ARE NOT CHEAP which is what another folks published here on Yelp implied in their ratings. Of course it would have been different if Erik came. It was some other guy. I'd say average service and nothing to rave about.

Twas the week before Christmas.and throughout the house....was the leaking of a shut off valve at the basement. Eric reacted (as in predicted AND came ) to my call within 3 months. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. You know how you always feel as if you have just been taken advantage of....you will not have to feel this way should you call him. Can't recommend him highly enough!

I had been telling my brother I wish I understood a plumber to call. I checked out Yelp to get a clue and found Erik Nelson Plumbing. I'm sure glad I did. Erik arranged to come the very next day (exactly when he said he would) and fixed everything that I needed and then some. In addition, he discovered what had been a pipe within one of my walls which was the source of a problem I thought I had fixed myself.
I've done plenty of incredibly amateurish pipes myself... sufficient to understand that his job is anything but, clean and spot on. I am happy rather than trying to mend it myself, I called him, It's. Do your self and your pipes a favor.
