We purchased a house and instantly had a problem that flooded basement and our kitchen. Gopher was never used by me however I phoned Pedro and he was at our house in minutes, after looking up Yelp reviews. He fixed the problem fast and was considerate, and even helped us clear out our washing machine. By answering some simple plumbing house owner questions for me he was very generous with his time and experience. I would call them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Pedro!

I hired Gopher and Pedro Sewer to fix a drain which was leaking. They agreed to replace the drain and fix the leak. In the end they weren't able to resolve the flow and admitted to not being able to solve the matter. They sent me a bill. I advised them that I'm not keen to pay the bill since they did not and admitted to not being able to repair the issue. Pedro has said that since they did some work, even though did not finish the work, that there needs to be payment for that which they could not do. When he talked to me on the phone and I stated that there would not be any payment, his exact words were,"if you are interested in to have an argument, you will get a fucking argument". I told him to repeat that to me and hung up. Be warned, this individual Pedro is not a person to trust, he will screw you over.

What an excellent job. The plumber was punctual, very professional and answered all of my questions with courtesy and detail that is sufficient. He cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards he was done. I will hire them again in the future. Thank you!

They're a! They respond fast, are fair priced, polite, professional, competent (and remove their shoes when they get in your house! We had them over the first time to set up a new toilet. The exact same day, they came! They were fair priced, fast, and left clean. Second time we called them, they fixed issues with a persistent tub clogging issue. Will definitely hire them again.

Between my fiancé and I, we have used Pedro and Miguel three occasions. This family-owned business reassures you that there such a thing, although living in the Twin Cities, it's hard to find good, quality service. Our latest service call was during Super Bowl weekend. We cannot be appreciative of reaction time the customer service, and professionalism . They're so helpful in making recommendations and suggestions together with diagnosis of our plumbing problems. We had some work and I think they gave a fair cost and were thoughtful. Friendly people that are fairly priced and the work seems to be great also. Oh and I almost forgot, THEY CLEANED UP! Not every person you hire will do that. I had use one of My washcloths to wash some nasty crap and he then place it. Whenever something comes up, so, we will call these guys!

We used them to get our line after hearing horror stories from friends about drains cleaned out . The lineup cleaned and did the camera item. It was reasonably priced and Miguel and Pedro were nice to work with. We'd drain problems in the basement the day. So as to keep their customer happy although Pedro said it was not something that they did, they still came back to fix it. Great support.

Pedro fixed our plumbing issue came out the exact same day, and probably saved us $1000 by advocating the ideal fix, not fixing unnecessary plumbing like most companies try to do.

He helped instruct us about our pipes and is extremely knowledgable. We replaced our toilets after this, and he helped us set up the new toilet! He kept everything tidy. We chose to have the camera completed following the cleaning to see how it appeared, and we were extremely impressed by how clear what was (and it was actually badly clogged before). He does the job for a fair price, and is on time.

When I was in Minneapolis for company for a few years, I had a great deal of issues backing up and matters not draining. The rain drains were backed up for rain landing on my roof. I wanted Gopher Sewer and Drain supplied support, rapid, and effective to me and this solved. These guys are amazing

They left a tragedy, and shot day, 4 trips to home depot. There were plastic shavings left all over the floor, and chunks of this rotted drain were round the kitchen, and around the floor, the rug. The only good point was the phone was answered by them . I will not call them .

I predicted at about 1:00 pm since my sewer drain had been backing up at the basement; the man on the phone told me somebody could be there by 6:00 pm--and they were. Two nice men who got to it, cleaned from the sewer pipe, and were on their way within one hour. I thought it was amazing that they had no troubles working after 6:00 pm, and came so fast.
