We had a issue and everybody else we called at least 4-5 19, could not come out four, but Roto-Rooter came out within hours of phoning. Brian cleaned out another drain and our main out of the shower and was very informal. We knew they were not likely to be because how fast they come out the cheapest, but it was reasonable and they did a great job. So making it even more worthwhile, it is guaranteed for the next 6 months too. I would recommend them to friends and relatives.

Also while we were awaiting a subsidiary of them came to see when we needed assistance?
Was quoted a call that was $69 out. Apparently, this was an erroneous quotation. I called them after an hour to discover an eta to be told that the tech needed my phone number incorrect and the call out was 169. After checking with somebody for some compromise, but asked they were not inclined to rectify their error. $100 can not be covered by A company. Keep in mind that this is them coming to work done for it!

Such a shady company. We had a line clog brought on by tree roots. . .common problem. The plumber came out and cleared it... great, next the"camera guy" arrived. Tim the camera guy was able to spend TWO days. Finally, he walked up and down our property with his"sensor" and literally threw out a cost. Where the cost came from he never did any measurements or clarified. His estimate was $13,000!!!! However, depending upon which they found it could be close to $17,000. He had been shocked when I said I'd find another estimate. He wanted our charge card to start the process. I advised him to get out of our property. Wasted 5 hours of the time between 2 days. Obviously we had a valid company come out and told us we were fine and to receive the roots stuck every year.
"Tim" you ought to be ashamed of your self!

This type of dishonest enterprise. I phoned out them to clear tree roots in the primary and floor drain. Obviously they found problems, my floor drain was clogged with some thing, so the major pipe was just cleared by him. Of course buttocks business that is greedy would scam money any opportunity they could. And that I WAS CHARGED $180 for your floor drain!!! How could you charge individuals for jobs you never finish doing??? The man refused to leave until I consented to pay $530 for"root cleaning" in the main and floor drain. Such a pity of a"business".

I was long overdue to have a cleaning as evidenced flooding this weekend. Joe (Service Technician 2475) was so kind and completely cleared everything up. After my dog was a jerk to him he said he had dog treats in his car and should have brought them in I mean who is that fine? Thank you for the thorough and fast service!

Super plumber. 350 $ was billed to open a drain in my basement, took the technician around 20 minutes. Lesson learned.

I told them I had water and called the company. They said they'd call 30 minutes until they quoted me an approximate time frame and arrived and sent a plumber. They called a couple times to inform me that they were running behind schedule (which I appreciate), but they kept calling my wife who was unable to answer the telephone. I called to correct it, but they continued to call instead. The plumber ended up coming 3 hours later than what I was initially quoted concerning time frame. That is fine, things occur. He talked down to me while he was here, and attempted to charge me $70 after saying I contacted the wrong people for the job, although he was likely a good plumber. He said that I needed to get restoration services. In fact, no I did not. I contacted the service group and a plumber was sent by them rather than recommending their restoration services. The restoration services were free, so if this was the ceremony I needed, why would I pay $70? All I needed was some advice/help on getting rid my stupidity instead had one of the worst service, and may have caused experiences I've ever had in my entire life.

I signed up for an appointment to have someone come look. I requested Sunday as they market 24/7 service. When I got the confirmation email, the appointment was changed to Tuesday between 8:00 pm and 4:00 pm. I concurred that Tuesday would be fine. At 7:45 when the plumber could arrive, I called to determine. I spoke to 3 people (with a lengthy hold between each) and was eventually told that there was a notice attached to our appointment request that they didn't have people working after 4 that did this type of work, and we'd need to reschedule between between 11:00 and 3:00. Nobody called, no text, no email. I guess I was supposed to know that I had to reschedule.
The person I spoke to on Sunday should have been in a position to give this information to me. Now, at the very least, somebody should have called me. We've utilized Roto-Rooter before and they have done a good job, but we will not use them.

I was impressed. And will call them if I want support. Nicely done.
I called Roto-Rooter on a saturday morning to help clean out a drain resulting in an overflow problem in our laundry area. They informed me they'd have someone call and be out within 4 hours and took my information. This was amazing, because it was a Saturday same day services, I did not expect. Also, whether it would cost extra for a weekend, once I asked, they said prices were exactly the exact same regardless of day, and a zero charge was for the trip out for inspection.
The policyholder predicted. He'd arrive in 10 minutes. And that he did. He informed the plumber would be there within an hour and scrutinized. He was wrong, it was actually within 15 minutes. So, from call to plumber arriving, it required a total of 35 minutes. On a Saturday.
The plumber quoted me the price, and when I inquired about vouchers, he mentioned a $40 coupon, but that I could check for many others. I found a discount, which he applied. In general, it took him about 30 minutes to clean out the pipe and resolve my issue. He was informational and quite helpful during.

Called from Roto-Rooter on a person and a Saturday morning at 9:00 came 45 minutes later. The technician was fantastic - considerate, friendly, conscientious, and tidy. He definitely knew what he was doing and immediately diagnosed and solved the issue. It was a really positive experience.

Having a house full of women, we get periodic issues, due to pipes that are funky. Ignore coulees on the web are simple to print out and easily approved. Dennis fixes up us ASAP and comes out. . .friendly, friendly, professional and prompt. Even my pup loves Roto-rooter and Dennis.

The guy did job, he was upfront and gave a number of alternatives to us.

Brian did a great job. Very quick and professional. I truly appreciated that I could make the appointment for anytime and that I could print off a coupon on their very own website! For anybody that needs plumbing job done, call these guys. They know what they are doing!

So each few years come out to clean out the plumbing, I've had off again and on issues with tree roots growing in my sewer line. If necessary they do. I got a 4 hour window and in the first hour I had been called to say that the plumber has been on the way. You are given the price up front by the plumber and then gets right to operate. Took about an hour this time to clean the pipe out . Reputable service by the individual on the telephone and the plumber. I'm sure I'll be calling in a couple of years.

I called around noon with a drain that was filthy. Steve had my drain cleared by 3:00 pm and got by 2:00 pm that afternoon to my house. He snaked the drain two, cleaned out the floor drain, and then replaced the cap onto the clean-out. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't feel as though he tried to sell me on more. He seems to like what he does and actually thought the older drum cubes in my house were trendy (requested if he would see the one under my kitchen sink once he saw I had one in my basement). I would suggest them to anybody. They were recommended to me by the facilities guy.

The plumbing pussies as far as I'm concerned They call me and inform me that they couldn't perform the job BOTH times either because they do not have gear required or it was" too Much Liability"
Left me scrambling to locate a contractor at 6pm
Then...
Super disappointed
Thank goodness for small company plumbers
If anything notify people squander his/her time and not to call them

Called them out to two of my lease properties on two occasions
One that the basement was flooding and we waited for them for hours
Don't recommend them

Bad service and quite costly.
I phoned them to diagnose a water flow. They offered $600 which I ok would looking at the scope of work that they wrote down. I presumed that if they did not need to do all that, it wouldn't cost.
Please don't use.
In the long run, after 45 minutes of effort and putting a dehumidifier in our home for 2 days, they still ended up charging the same amount. Their rationale was that the leasing was the true cost. I could not think that a dehumidifier would cost that much to lease. Can NOT recommend. I emailed the men to get a line item quotation and never heard back.

STAY AWAY! My toilet started overflowing at 8pm tonight, so I called a national chain, Rotor Rooter. They said someone would be by within one hour. A RR operator called from New York to state that no one will be able to come until 11pm to my flat. I told them to cancel the ticketand then called someone LOCAL, who showed up twenty minutes. He fixed the problem immediately (and cheaply), but right after he abandoned Rotor Rooter called me THREE days in a row--although I had cancelled the occupation! --because they had an available plumber who was leaving a job at Apple Valley and"just might be passing through your way" I let their annoying calls go to voicemail. Never again.

Today, a water heater replaced. Jason was quite professional and personable. Gave an quotation and I felt like he was. Did a job and I will definitely be requesting Jason, if I ever have a plumbing issue!

Steve (#655) was amazing!!! He had us unclogged and running fluent in under two hours.
