When my (new) used car only came with one keyfob (the kind of key with a chip and distant ), my car was locked to a mode that limits the speed of the automobile and quantity of the audio system.
This guy is great! I called today because a buddy of mine had dropped her keys. We kept getting ridiculous quotes. He charged less than half what another locksmiths desired, showed up within 15 minutes, and had us ready to go within 10 minutes. Can't recommend enough!

We have had to call Express Lockouts twice once for a motorcycle key that broke and also for being locked out of the home. The service was excellent. Cesar Vidrio did a great job with coming quickly and getting the job done without hassle. Lockouts are specialized with by them . We awakened Mr. Vidrio during the night when our motorcycle key broke and he had been very friendly about it arrived very quickly. We will call him later on and are impressed.
