In general, Tony cleaned up after himself, and was extremely professional, knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling this provider again.
Very impressed. His father and tony stopped by today to install a 20amp breaker and receptacle for a house sauna. They snaked up the line instead of cutting any large holes or piping the wiring. Tony patched up the holes in the wall so I did not have to call another builder.

Tony does work. 5 Star would be contacted by me Should you want your work done right the first time. He is honest, through, and has the years of expertise needed to get the work done right. I'd Tony do various projects for me.

We predicted Five Star to schedule an appointment for electrical work and have been told that Tony could come the same day (later that afternoon). When it was late afternoon, we got no response and followed up by calling and text. We waited all day/evening assuming he came and called the line and they could not get in contact with him. We had to find someone else who was more responsive with this company does business so was not impressed. A number of us have jobs and can't sit at home all day waiting to never show up. Don't recommend.

Sometimes your machine breaks. And when that happens, it basically the upcoming few days. Particularly when your house is so old that the water hose was basically rusted to your faucet because you didn't wish to break the entire thing and you're scared to keep screwing around with it.
Insert Five Star Electrical and Plumbing! They were fast to reply, they arrived with the tools they had the first time and they were able to get the hose off, so we could get the new one. Bonus? They did not make me feel just like a lunatic because I could not get a hose unscrewed. Other incentive? They left cash in my pocket.

Five Star Plumbing & Electrical is a family-owned operation of Tony, an overall electric and plumbing professional. After we moved to Charlotte and discovered that our home had many undisclosed problems, Tony helped us identify the issues and find the house in better shape. We hired him originally however he ended up fixing some plumbing and AC problems. He is responsive to clients than his pricing and a larger company is reasonable. I would advise giving him a call for overall"fix up" requirements for your home.

We needed a plumber to install our Pelican home water filter and Pelican urged them. Tony gave the quote out of the 3 we obtained to us and it was easy to schedule an appointment. They were polite and we are delighted with the work. Recommend.

Tony is a dishonest, unreliable, and passive-aggressive individual. In summary, he is an opportunist. Stay far away from this guy.
I hired Tony to finish three different plumbing, electric, and carpentry projects. Tony asked for more money than he mentioned, after the project was finished by him. I complied with his request. Next, Tony finished the project and again asked for more money than he mentioned. Again, I complied with his request. Throughout both endeavors, as promised, in order to finish the work Tony would fail to arrive at my residence. Prior to the project, Tony assessed the quote he said that the amount and provided me is wrong. I responded by stating the amount is the number he offered me as I printed out the message he sent me through email. To prove this, I just pointed on the document that was published. He then returned a few days later and finished just some of the work in a fashion, never to reunite with my residue. I contacted him on numerous occasions (through text message, phone, and email) in order to ascertain when he will be finishing the rest of the work and never got a response.

These guys are great. I manage a restaurant nearby downtown Charlotte... We discovered our audio system wasn't working and something was tripping when the breakers were switched on and off... I called these guys and they came out fast, had the job done within an hour, and match them into a rather tight spot in our restaurant to achieve that. I want to also mention I was on crutches and they were super sweet about moving things around for me so I could see and comprehend everything they were doing, and were patient. Install it at no cost at a later date if I discovered my own equipment and they even offered to find a substitute for a broken amplifier I'd. Personally, I talked to Gregory, that he was a huge help. Definitely will use if in a pinch!

Just moved to Charlotte so I was looking for a skilled and reliable electrician to install recessed lighting in our new home. Tony managed to come out to provide a quote and start working the next day! I had been told that it would take 4-4.5 hrs, and he was put on! The recessed lighting that was set up looks great, and gives a fantastic comforting touch just like Tony stated it would to the home. I am definitely going to call Tony again!

Five Star was found by me . In his profile, he stated he thought his ability to be God-given. For that which he does, I think also his love and him.
They came out and, not only was the problem repaired in five mins (a triggered reset button), but Tony told me what had happened. And get this, he showed ME how to reset the button myself, in the event the machine triggered, again! Who does that?!?

That would be my selection When there was a means to provide no stars. I called on a Monday to make an appointment am Friday. Wednesday received a phone call to change to 1:30pm. No situation. Friday comes and I get a call at 12:45pm that they can not come. The issue was asked by me and they said tech did not come in today. I asked if he did not come in this morning, why I am getting a phone call. No explanation. I took a day off of work. Awful customer support. Not sure because I can not get them to show up how good their service is.
