- 9:10pm my key broke off and half my crucial stuck in lock hole

- I decided to upgrade my lock and keys to Multlock
- 9:30 called and talked with Levy
- 9:50 Levy arrived
- Levy fixed my lock and substituted my keys

Due to a problem in my apartment complex, I needed a secret. Avi picked up my call on Sunday evening.
Avi was honest, responsive, and does business with extreme integrity.
After analyzing the keys delivered via photograph, he recommended me that I didn't need to observe a locksmith dependent on the keys (as I'd previously thought and been advocated ), and instead recommended me a much better option for my own timeline and funding.

Dont call them. It is now 10:30 am. I called to find out what was wrong they didn't answer for a little while. Basically said I had the wrong amount. That was one here on Yelp, even though I called the number. She said something which I couldn't hear so that I said I am sorry what was and she started talking to me. Because that was nice in any way I hung up on her. I called again and it rang twice and same woman picked up the telephone. So I called another place to get my key done and I have to wait another 2 hours to get my key. Yeah I realise it is my fault but I would have my key if they do their job right and they would've had over 140 bucks. They quoted me. Dissapointing cause the very first man that I talked to was really wonderful.

Roy is the best! I locked myself outside of the house in and was dog sitting Oakland. Roy was receptive and got me out about 15 minutes, within a second 10 minutes I was with the puppy and inside the flat. He saved the day wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

Roy answered and informed that he might be onsite in one hour and a half - that was amazing considering that I would have been satisfied with an appointment. Used Golden Bay Locksmiths today for first time. I'm impressed. I'd inadvertently gotten locked out of an outside area of my home (never had the secret ) and phoned them. It was approximately 6.30pm today, Saturday. My pick of Golden Bay was based completely on Yelp reviews. I reached a human on first effort, that gave me a cost estimate over phone once I got my ok and speech requested, and ensured me locksmith he assigned to call would call me . Ten minutes Levi phoned me to check in and confirm my speech. He was on another project and gave me estimated ETA. Less than an hour later he arrived at my home. Levi was easy going, intelligent and utterly professional. Over an hour after first meeting him, Levi handed me keys and told me the job was completed. He is also honest. He dropped to upsell me on a brand new lock (even though I'd told him that I was ok with purchasing a brand new lock if needed), telling me present lock was in great form. It matched closely with the cost quote I got over phone, while the total cost of the call was not affordable. I am satisfied customer and Golden Bay is my first pick locksmith.

Roy performed the work quickly and showed up. Work was finished in 10 minutes. Very favorable and pleasant experience. I strongly recommend!

The second time I used Golden Bay Locksmith was to change all the locks. He came out roughly one hour after I phoned and completed six new locks in roughly 45 minutes.
I've used this company twice. When we needed to split into an alert box in our new house the time was late at night. It was only about 20 minutes after my call when the locksmith arrived. Needless to say, I was relieved and knew right away that he was an person.

Fantastic experience with Roy. I needed a USPS lock replaced onto a condominium mailbox. (You know the kind where several are in a stack.) He came prepared with the approved lock meeting and completed the work. I'm a Real Estate Broker and have experienced less than leading service from several different locksmiths.

This is the the third time in my entire life I have used also my experience that is very best, and a locksmith -- fast back, and reasonable price on and in my way!
I phoned after taking the wrong keys on my way to the supermarket, and was told the locksmith would be there in 20 minutes. He left it . He had the door open in about two minutes and checked my identification.

Roy came out and substituted a exterior door then had some stripped out screws and handle. I would have had him do it years ago if I'd known it would be so easy! I phoned him in the morning and he had been in under an hour and a half. He was ancient. He fixed another lock that wasn't working and even replaced the pieces that were defective.

My spouse and weren't able to get a hold of our building supervisor and I locked ourselves out of our apartment early on a Sunday morning. We were worried about calling a locksmith because of the price, and of the potential for harm to the door.
