I highly recommend Goldy Locks. Cost is affordable. I would definitely use Goldy Locks again if I need to. You can't go wrong.
Goldy Locks was advocated. I predicted a few days before the move in. Until the project was completed By the time that I called, they were very professional and explained what they recommend to be performed and why.
We transferred into Naperville this week. Knowing we would need to have our house re-keyedwe checked Yelp and asked around for recommendations.

In the beginning to the end, it is evident Goldy Locks at Naperville cares about their clients. I called their office and talked to Mike. He was courteous, friendly, and fair. Scheduling of support was flexible. Jeff M. came out into the home and was a professional. Excellent pricing and service....what's not to like?

After going two times to ace (duplicates they left me didn't work), I went to this location of goldy locks. There is wonderful. He duplicated my keys and they work better than ones that were first! Pricing is Just like Ace's.

This firm was recommend to me. They ruined my front door! I phoned them to put a dead bolt lock. I had When the hole was drilled the technician explained that he couldn't put a dead bolt in due to the type of lock. I had a hole in my door my only option was to devote a lock which did not work. I tired to talk to the company to have this fixed. Mike the manager said he'd have to talk to office to get the door fixed. Then never talked to me. Stay away from this company they ruined my front door then never talked to me

My customer called me from Montana to tell me their home was broken into. They asked me to find the locks changed. I predicted Goldilocks at Naperville. Jeff showed up promptly rekey the locks. Service was exceptional and appreciated.

I called just like he forgot. What type of a business is that?
He promised to call two days before to advise who will be arriving to rehang a door, open a few locks, fix gutters, quote est. on a surveillance system. NEVER CALLED. NEVER SHOWED.
I shoulda checked another Goldy Locks site on Yelp first....same old crap. These airheadshitforbrainidiots have to be from the Under40 crowd who have not a clue about customer service, even less how to spell it.
These would be the worst of the Set up per week back with Mike in Tinley Park store.

I had an old tumbler lock that secures the back panel using a pin ball machine, also without the original key. The key I was to the of the exact same pin ball machine, that did not work together with all the tumbler lock. Bobby took the tumbler lock and explained he would figure out something, and the key that I had. As he left both work together, that he did , so today I can use the exact same key for both locks. I value Bobby going the extra mile to locate a solution for me, and all at an extremely reasonable price. Thanks again!

Due to some recent work we'd done on our home, we needed to move our safe. We couldn't make it open after multiple attempts when trying to reopen it after transferring it. We called. Bobby rich the safe to take back to their shop and came to our home on time. He waited until we came to begin attempting to start it. After a great deal of prying and drilling, he was able to make it open. Bobby was fantastic to use from begin to finish - very professional, educated, and just friendly. We'll definitely be working with him for needs in the future.

We went to Goldy Locks since we'd had good experience with them several years back. We went in to the showroom and Dan set up us to have a deadbolt installed the next day. At 3:40 we get a call the technician would be at 4:15 by us and just finished a project . I called, when nobody revealed by 5:15. He had no clue what was going on. He didn't know that technology was supposed to be coming into our place. He said to call the shop! I complained. He said he'd try to learn and call us again. We never heard from him. We get a call from 9, the next morning. He says the technician ended up at 6:00pm and was supposed to come to us. Well if the technician finished a job at 6:00pm why were we advised he'd be by us at 4:15?
When we cancelled our order mike sounded surprised.

Called Tuesday morning after Memorial Day weekend and managed to acquire a time slot that was 12-2pm to have my doorway re-keyed. Tech showed a little earlier two and was done within 20 min. Would use again.
