Fantastic service, came within an hour had the car open in 10 minutes. Chris, our tech, was courteous and friendly, and he told me that if I'd emergency roadside care on my insurance, the lockout support was insured because it had been considered a crisis. I had my cash back, and instantly entered the promise brought up the app on my phone! Thank you for the tip, Chris!!

Drove all the way out here from Aurora to get a key made (the Naperville location was less than helpful and couldn't create my key). After a round trip I have a key that is working! I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Dolores and going there. She was magnificent! So educated...I believe she said she's been doing this for something like 18 decades! She was nice and friendly too! (I wound up getting there about 5 minutes until they closed on a Friday and she did not create a stick or rush out me. . .she made sure that I had been set until I walked out the door.) The experience switched and made it a positive one, although I was not in the mood after the situation and having to push to the location during the beginning of rush hour on a Friday. So that I could grab dinner she recommended a good restaurant nearby.

Once we moved to our new residence, changed our locks. Our guy came on time and was so friendly and productive. Changed out 2 cylinders completely and updated 5 locks complete. Really easy support!

Had a wonderful experience at Goldylocks. The guy was quite helpful, and he left one he believed was comparable and refused to charge me if he couldn't locate the match for the key I had. But guess what? It worked like a charm!

This company is wonderful! My business needed an electric strike set up on the door and so many areas I called were not able to do the whole job. Firms had suggested I hire an electrician to make sure that the power supply was in working order so that the lock company can install the strike. Well, Goldy Locks, Inc. did what I wanted them to do - without an electrician. Our guy who set up the strike was SCOTT! He kept us amused and was wonderful. He sang country music whilst working and had good conversation when the job was complete. We called Gold Locks, Inc. to come back out since our door was not latching for some reason. Goldy Locks came first thing out the following day and fixed our doorway without a charge. Also, the guy who came out (this time is was not Scott) was very kind and kept us amused. Obviously, we will be continuing to use Goldy Locks, Inc..

As I have visited locksmiths panic set in and Has Been told that they Can Not do my LOCK Collection Ok so it is to get a 1949 Mercury .lol yes that is old. When I walked Dolores greated me with a hummmmmnot appearance that is so certain. But allow me to try. Along with my surprise that was glorious she achieved the job. She is the God! .

Goldy Locks recently replaced 5 bathroom locks for my own school. When caring for payment, the folks I spoke to in the office were friendly and efficient. The rep I spoke with took the time to spell out there was a specific lock suggested and also make sure that I got the right product for my own school. We're very happy with their service and costs. We will definately use them again.

Exterior doors that were Desired 3 replaced. Made the mistake of attempting to go with a firm, who ended up backing out of the job of holding my deposit after 6 months. Goldy Locks showed up 24 hours after I contacted them to give a quotation, and new new, ultra secure, exceptionally 3 weeks 33, steel security doors have been set up. The first quotation was given by rob and was fantastic. Very realistic and confident. The install was handled by jose Regalado. Wow. On time, comprehensive. Couldn't be happier with the final outcomes of the job. Will be using them for any door needs I have in the future. A+++++

I utilize goldy locks as a seller for my company. I have had a couple of technicians come outside to finish repairs for door alarms, hinges etc..Carl Grau is one of the technicians who goldy locks has! He gets the job done right every time and is effective. I would definitely ask for him for some of your support requirements that are locksmith.

The following occurred today at approximately 4:30 PM on 75th St. eastbound at the Rt. 53 traffic light from unincorporated Naperville: . .one of the vehicles doesn't know what a red light very almost rear ended my motor vehicle and is.
Having said all this, I don't have any need until and unless we meet in court at a future date.
Maybe your employee should become a driver particularly while in a business vehicle; your employee's anger over visitors and almost causing two accidents due to their mental condition that is unbalanced begs psychiatric assistance.
I gave the motorist a well longer - in my rear view mirror whereupon the driver started flashing the headlights, honking and making obscene gestures.
Light that is red, rush hour. . .these aren't difficult to grasp.
Rest assured I'll never even consider using your organization and if (probably when) this happens again I'll make a different report to the authorities. . .if ever one of the vehicles driven by one of your employees so much as taps or scratches my vehicle and your company into oblivion.
The police did take a peek for road rage, aggressive driving and negligent driving...that I don't have any control over whether they'll pursue the episode.
If I hadn't had an appt. The vehicle finished up, I'd have followed the vehicle of your company and met with the police.
When traffic creeped forward a bit more, your motorist almost rear ended my vehicle again before pulling into the left turn lane to proceed north on Rt. 53. . .your worker felt it was a thing roll down the passenger window, to stop next to my car, honk, shout obscenities and make more gestures . . .at this point I did return the gestures and wrote down the info from the van and reported the incident to 911. . .your business decide who was driving and may review what vehicle was where, I find no reason to assist in this effort.

Shaun came out ahead of schedule and we had our locks re-keyed and did a fantastic job. Very scheduling and very efficient.

A couple of the techs from Goldy Locks came out to our store in Lincoln Park now to repair a doorway that NO locksmith (independent or commercial ) would touch for the past 9 months. Everyone that we contacted refused to perform the job or desired an absurd quantity of money. These guys were super nice, super great and efficient to use. . .and we have two working doors to our store. I would certainly recommend them and will use them in the future for my property and our store.

My company utilized Goldy Locks to get an entry system. We had an excellent experience from the setup through implementation, and subsequent follow ups working with Scott Jaworski. I urge them and ask for Scott if you can get him.

I had been coming here for several years and am a rental property owner. Dolores is helpful and extremely knowledgeable and makes it a pleasure to do business. She is very knowledgeable and was able to resolve an assortment of lock issues for me. It is all but impossible to discover this level of support now but Goldy locks will not supply it.

Lost keys and could not get to a house. The guy showed up on time but took an hour and a half to get into the house. We got inside the rear door, after using a power drill, and a hammer. Ruined two raised the costs out of lack of knowledge also locks. And another half an hour to install a new lockset. I could have done it in a half hour tops. Figured those"professionals" would know more than me. I guessed wrong! Stay away! Stay away !
