We moved into the area and I had a locksmith familiar with antique locks that were re-keying. I put a quotation for many shops and Rich was the first to answer. Rich was open about the advantages and disadvantages of keeping the original lock- while we got rid he was able to re-key another antique lock I thought we'd need to substitute and I trusted his judgement. Rich put a lot of thought into selecting locks that complimented the type of our home and our expectations were exceeded by him so far as knowledge, craftsmanship and professionalism. I was irritated because I locked my keys in the car but he set me at ease while he made me an key with fob on the spot!!! and we had great discussions I highly recommend using this business!!!
. .well I called this company and also in 20 minutes I was greeted by the Locksmith and 5 minutes after that I had my door open!!!
Ohhh, before I forget the cost was 10% cheaper than other locksmiths...
