I had a duplicate car key. I called Harmon's and has been advised I would save money purchasing the key blank online. I did so and brought the blank that is key to the shop. They cut on the secret, and programmed the embedded theft deterrent processor.
I was referred by the staff in the downtown Mesa Ace Hardware to Harmon's, a recommendation that was fantastic and yet another vote of confidence in this business.
The technician perform a sequence of control inputs and to sit in my vehicle was required by the programming. He did so without leaving any mess or changing my driver seat configurations. Professional and courteous.

Ralph is nice but everybody is so rude and I've been coming here for to get keys made. They cause you to feel as a criminal and a hassle for them to get up and operate! Apparently it's time.

I had been told by 3 unique shops the only way to have a duplicate key made for my Kia (which did not have a chip in it) was to make an appointment with the dealer's locksmith, who'd charge around $90. Was known Harmon since they are all things, and's to get a separate issue locks and keys, I inquired, and over 2 minutes had a new key made for just $35. Super fast, friendly and affordable. So happy I waited to get this - recommend these men.
These men are as good as it gets! We had a problem which not everybody can deal with. Ken and brian were very helpful, knowledgeable, skilled, and got the job done fast. 5 stars isn't enough, they deserve greater. I give them my highest recommendation!
If you are in need of someone you can trust and that will respond immediately then do yourself a favor and call Harmon's Safe Locks. We were in a situation where we had to get our locks. Ralph was useful and so nice. Plus their prices are fair. I strongly recommend them .
