We had come out and he spent approximately 45 minutes . He asked us if we had we advised him that we had the home warranty plumber out and yet another plumber come back to snake this before, but we did not think highly of his ability so we requested Broc to emerge. Broc was upset, left the house without returning to repair the problem or telling us whether he left. Very unprofessional.
We informed them about the issue and they came out to repair it. Though they were booked up and we had to wait for 4 days before they were available, it had been well worth it. Monday morning, Ozzie came out, worked snaking the sink and then fixed it! Unlike Arsenal pipes who just tried to snake it 15 ft, Ozzie used his 50 ft snake and unclogged our sink. Ozzie the attorney is also intelligent and extremely thorough in his explanation, and explains it in a way that a lay person can understand it. He's professional, hard working, intelligent, and our plumber that is 1.
We probably saved tens of thousands of dollars by not listening to Arsenal pipes who wanted to tear down our walls to repair the toilet sink clog. Thank goodness Ozzie unclogged it and came out.
Arsenal pipes from our home warranty came out to snake an upstairs toilet sink. They snaked 15 ft down and advised us that something is likely stuck down there, which we were have to tear apart our walls in order to repair the problem. They stated that this is not covered under the home warranty and is going to be a costly job to split our downstairs walls in order to access the pipes.
H.N. Harris Plumbing is definitely our #1 pipes company.

I needed a gas stub moved along with approximately ten feet of aluminum pipe replaced , and drywall patching tor all the holes cut in the walls.
With was professional and patient with my questions. My bill came in as quoted no surprises there . Though I expect I do not have to Can use them again.
The pipes were very professional and answered all my questions. They explained the plan on what had been finished the day, and what they would do when the job had to expand into a second day. The patchwork was perfect - with a smoother and more finish compared to my contractor .
Jaime the office supervisor? /receptionist? Was really friendly and helpful in organizing the plumber see and getting me a quote. On my scheduled afternoon, 1 hour was predicted by her to the two hour window to check if I needed to reschedule and to allow me to know the plumbers were delayed from an earlier job.

Called to replace a kitchen faucet, and they could come out. Very friendly and professional and a fantastic price. Here is the 2nd time we have used them.

Matter: Came and mended running toilets, had to come back if not fixed correctly. Still runs.
Needed plumber to repair gas leaks as my plumber didn't do that. Called and spoke to nicest guy. Javier nice, courteous, respectful and professional fixed everything and arrived. Gas firm happy, me happy.
Came back promptly to turn something gas firm refused to.

I truly appreciated Javi's honesty and training it turns out it was easy and my bathroom tub is unclogged! Thank you!
Allow me to start off with stating that I didn't get support from HN Harris Plumbing.
After speaking to Javi I chose to purchase a hand snake and purge my bathtub .

To their email address, which I did, I had been instructed during the first call. I follow up call confirming receipt or never got a reply. I followed both by email and phone and didn't get a response then. The rep was unapologetic and required my advice again; although on my effort, I managed to achieve a rep via phone. I never heard back.
I contacted HN Harris Plumbing & Rooter after people referred them. My first call was answered in a timely manner, and I managed to receive some info that was generalized at that moment.
Nevertheless, I hired a firm that was different. I do not and will not suggest HN Harris Plumbing & Rooter.

I got back from a trip to locate my kitchen flooded. Not much, but enough to damage some furniture and a section of the floor. I called HN talked to someone who took my information, name, address, and photographs. Very friendly and considerate. Said they would call me back after the photographs were obtained. So I called back about an hour later, no one called me, I was advised that the damage, although minimum might be outside their range but would give me a call. I didn't get a call backagain.

HN only finished up with a few plumbing issues I had, among which was a leak from the upstairs toilet that came down into the dining area below. They bill for the job and not the hours that benefitted me. They spent a great deal of time to find the parts I needed for my fancy-schmancy fixtures.
They are honest and do a fantastic job. They are.

I just got the pipe flow. The job was done thoroughly and professionally: this one, within my location I have out of 4 sinks! In addition, others in the H. N. Harris Plumbing that I talked over the phone yesterday, they were very courteous and nice too. I recommend this company to others searching for a honest and reasonable priced pipes support. There are lots of out there, but few great company and excellent employees that can supply you services.

I had been checking emails and completely missed the start time, that was a day sooner than I anticipated since we hadn't set up the world wide web yet. Jamie and Javier were understanding and so flexible, and that I was able to come back home midday to supply a key. By the evening, we had all gas pipes, and work was started that day, and we all could receive our gas connection that night.
When I found out there was a major leak in the gas pipes of our home, I spoke to Jamie and phoned HN Harris. She sent outside Javier to give me a quote within an hour, and I had been impressed with detailed explanation of the job his inspection, along with his calm demeanor. Their quotation came out compared to the eye quote of the leak detection company.
You never appreciate a hot shower as much as when you can not have one! I love HN Harris' professionalism, promptness, and courtesy.

Plumbers that were awesome helped me out at the last minute when I needed it. Support, advice and Javier is the best! Will be using them for my plumbing requirements. Thank you!

Highly recommend!!!! We had the best experience with this company, I predicted in need of a tankless water heater, before phoning we had yet another plumbing company to appear and give us a quote and appointment to do the the work they did however, they were unprofessional and rude we decided to not hire them. We were in search for a plumbing firm that can do the best job... Low and behold we discovered HN Plumbing the best company, in the secretary being highly professional, as well as the plumbers being on top of their projects! They quoted me the cost, Maria told me Javier would phone me answer some other questions and to confirm time and he did just that. Btw I was outside of their district but they took the job and did the best ever. They delivered two trucks, on time two hours , worked as a staff and they did work. I'm so grateful to have had service they're #1!

I had a few followup questions/issues (one was totally unrelated to the job they did. . .totally my fault), but they came right away (within a few hours from my telephone ), and cared for it right off with no extra charge/cost.

Called HN Harris following a quote from another plumber was high. Turns out my hunch was correct and HN Harris was able to repair my gasoline flow for half the price. Javier was efficient, fast, and courteous. Thanks guys!

Update: 3/10/2014After a few of months of waiting 20 minutes for the tub to fill, I kept getting images of the shrug in my mind. Finally, tonight, I unscrewed the fixture and played the valves, and sure enough water pressure. Ozzy had forgotten to release the valve.
I called Ozzy back to finish the job he began -- installing the Roman Tub Fixture. I paid him to reassemble everything once he got it plumbed -- he advised me that the cold water had reduced flow (that I didn't remember from before, but hey! I had off the water for quite a while so who knows what could happen). If the valves had turned back on all the 14, I asked him and he kind of shrugged.
I am not one to get all crazy about service and I know that people make mistakes -- but still. It is disappointing.
I paid the 4 or 3 hundred dollars to him and wished him well.

Showed up on time, solved a hard to put in faucet which had a missing component, cleaned the place using a price and following work was completed.

In the long run, H.N. Harris managed to make it outside (it was a little bit from the service area) and install the replacement components to your ecoflush bathroom for a very reasonable price. . And it was it wasn't my fault, apparently every 10-15 years something have or that the valves to be substituted on those ecoflush toilets.
Fortunately it has been awhile since I had a plumber and when the demand came up I remembered that was good. A quick overview of my Yelp background and I was calling H.N. Harris pipes.
The situation was a buddy's house, an ecoflush bathroom, for thinking the handle mechanism had broken with my Hulk strength and my guilt. If you do not understand what an ecoflush bathroom is, never get one they're awful. I learned there were valves, pressure tanks, and pistons and afterwards raised the bathroom thinking it would be a very simple fix but saw this black box. A plumber shook his head, took you look left.

WOW!Down at a runt - the only way I could reinstate and keep warranty protection in my toilet was to receive a licensed contractor to come out and make the fix.

When United Plumbing came - he walked from my home to place a phone call and immediately looked at the spectacle. Once we removed the toilet as I breached my contract shortly after I got a phone call from my house warranty stating that they are rejecting my service claim.
My issue - my toilet was leaking for quite some time now. I barely bought the home less than a year ago (allowed a 60yr old home ) so I thought I could use my home warranty to get the repair done. I waited 5 minutes just for an estimate and their technician was impolite ).

I called back United Plumbing to get an estimate outside of my warranty. It took me over 5+ minutes in order to consult with an operator the quote was $465.00. I then called Bestline Plumbing since I always obtain their magnets - would have cost $380.00 but they would not have the ability to come until tomorrow (already 1pm).
He not only spent time trying to educate me - he asked me to take a picture of the problem that he could better diagnosis and provide a more precise quote.
To was title Javier. Not only did he go beyond and above but he was very professional and knowledgeable.
Not only are these men. The technicians, Ozzie and lately were outside to my home within 2 hours in the moment were outside in less than a hour and I put at the service telephone.

Though other plumbing companies ended the phone call and merely asked me gave me an estimate and whats the problem - Javier did not jump the gun . The moment I explained to him that the problem - he started instructing me on what the problem might live in and what parts may need replacement.
Finally - I'd a Yellowpage search - I discovered that HN Harris had the reviews in my area - so I gave them a phone.

To summarize:
Although I was hesitant to call them out for a service call since I was outside of their"FREE ESTIMATE" zone - that I simply knew predicated upon my dialog with Javier that these men knew what they were doing. I gambled and an reputable plumbers are gained by me.
And the best part? - Since when have you ever noticed technicians wear and be respectful to your home shoe covers?

I finally called H. N. Harris Plumbing following having two other"nicely reviewed" plumbing businesses come and look at the leaky shower in my 1928 duplex. Both plumbers had no clue how to operate with plumbing, one of these really charged me a fee simply to tell me that he couldn't perform the job! The nerve.

In short, these guys are fantastic. Ozzy, Javier and Kevin did a fantastic job and all are VERY nice and VERY reliable. and ...
When the tenant moved, we made the big decision to re-pipe the entire duplex following years of living with filled water that was rusty. Obviously I predicted Ozzy and Javier in H. N. Harris Plumbing. The guys did a fantastic job opening the outside walls, crawling through the attic and under the home replacing the old pipes with shiny copper, and today, months later, no issues (since I knock on wood)warm water and great water pressure!
I figured I need to call a plumber that knew old homes and has been for a long time in the neighborhood. H.N. Harris had great Yelp reviews and match the bill. Ozzy saw exactly what the problem was within moments of removing the valve that was old and showed me that the pipe has been cracked from previous attempts at repair. It was a big job and Ozzy got the occupation. I had been worried about cutting off on the Malibu tile , but it needed to be done. They even recommended a tile man, installed all new pipes and valve and did a cut. It looks fantastic and the shower is like new.

We were first time clients now and are extremely pleased. We had a quote appointment set up only but ended up using Ozzie complete the work exactly the day. He came out to search for a pipe escape but on closer look, a leak wasn't after all. He explained because there were not any indications of a crack or leak in the pipes that it could've been a one time water overflow. He did replace a faucet and mended our water heater gas pipes. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this family owned company.
