I had been locked out of my apartment door. This was the basic lock. I called at 10am on Sunday and was advised that they could get here in a quarter hour. 10:12am another guy said he was the technician and called. 10:49am I called the technician, he explained he had been 10 minutes away. 11:06am he finally came. Finished the job in 4 minutes including the talk of 3 choices so that he can make it seem serious and charge us a ridiculous volume. He said it'll be $145 for him to start. So I did not say anything I don't need to wait. The actual job of some air being pumped by him in the door gap took less than one minute. He did not even have to select the lock. To Home Depot, I might have walked Considering all the waiting and got myself exactly the exact same set of tools for under 10 bucks.
I was locked out of my flat, known as Hoboken Regal Locksmith, also at 15 minutes Phil came prepared to proceed. He abandoned the doorknob entirely in tact and was able to pick the lock under a minute. I was impressed with his professionalism, speed, and adeptness in his work. The lock on the front door of my building broke, so I phoned them let me in and to fix it. Someone arrived within 20 minutes and it was around 8pm and managed to get everything without having to alter the keys replacing the lock. Only reason is because the whole thing cost me $250 - thank god my landlord will reimburse me!
Quick and superior support. Was locked out of my car which had house keys and my office. The first man I talked to on the phone told me $65 for an unlocking but I was charged over $100 for 30 minutes value of"labor." Seems like a bit of a price. Overall service but a bit overpriced.
They assisted me changed the locks in my new house but thats not going to help with my neighbors. Oh boy. Moving is no fun!
