Friendly and informative in helping me to pick disposer on the phone. When promised, plumber arrived. He was friendly and capable. Cleaned up following his install. This is a multi-generation household organization, and I love that.
I had an event, my water heater sprung a massive leak, and I was horrified about finding a respectable plumber. Hovde was known to my by my realtor, and they could never have been improved. The were prompt, efficient and kind to me personally about the size of the cellar flooding. I was a bit distraught, and they were very kind. Additionally, the bill was $200 less than the estimate. It is a honest, and family business and well run. I talked to sue Hovde who runs the workplace, and the dad, Paul and John, the boy that did the installation, were wonderful.
If you wish to have a plumber, then DON"T call Hovde. I called four times, three times I spoke with a woman and she said someone would call back. . .NOT. She explained send photos via email and somebody would get me back. . .NOT. Why lead someone on? Why pretend then you leave them high and dry and you're going to do something? Guess they do not need and have enough company. FORGET THEM!
A family business that's friendly reliable, and quick. We got an appointment immediately when others had lists. Paul and john are even course-corrected when a carpenter that is different awakened and a great team. Once I dropped the bill, and then Mrs. Hovde was gracious! I really hope we don't need their services again, when I did, but they would be my call. John, thanks!
