Highly recommend! Amazing service, fantastic work, very reasonably priced, and also same-day turnaround (was able to come out about half an hour after we predicted that was awesome). Addressed a key stuck in a lock, creating keys for a door we had no keys for, new hardware to get a door that wouldn't unlock, and repairing a lock that wouldn't lock (yes, we had quite the laundry list together with our new but old home!) - and even helped us figure out what secrets were what. If the need should arise Can use these guys again for sure. Moses is a wonderful man who does a good job.

Quote on Yelp led me to reserve them. Following a 1 week postponement by the business, the quotation came in $65 greater than it should have. Was nice, but I can't recommend this corporation.
I should elaborate after receiving feedback from the proprietor. Our locksmith has been here for 45 minutes and the labour (such as service fee) exceeding $134. That is certainly high to get a locksmith. We had a bathroom door lock and rather than purchase a Kwikset key pack on Amazon for $5, I figured we would have the locksmith do it. He charged $30 for less than a minute of work. It's his prerogative to do so, but a mechanic that is good does small things it is just good business not to exploit something so slight. Totaling the appearance fee with the $30 to quickly open a bathroom door, I arrived from earlier in my own review.
I will continue to use them, not this one and prefer small companies.

Nathan is very responsive and returned several times to finish projects which he had started but without the fault of his own. He is easy and is friendly.

Made a lot of keys for my studio and re keyed a file cabinet. Gave me a great deal whenever I need a locksmith, and will use them

Could not have been happier I opted to rekey all our locks. Mosh is the owner and made a fabulous first impression. He reacted to my petition, provided me and was at our house an hour after completing an appt on Snell Isle. He's a real professional with exceptional people skills. I felt comfortable to leave him on his own as he rekeyed 9 doors. I strongly recommend him and I've standards.

He is quite polite and on time in reason and he isn't arrogant. Call his number direct because the yelp quote program doesn't work.
I had a spare key for my Camry and these laser cut keys can be complicated if cutting out of a key that was popular. I needed to telephone Moses back for things for me. I would say he is about level with his or her craft. He performed a diagnostic and cut on yet another key which functioned better.
The fee for the recall has been zero. Fantastic man.

I recently lost my purse at O'Hare airport which had my keyless fob for my Infiniti inside. I called Infiniti and has been advised it would be approximately $400 to replace it. I looked online and found I could order an after-market substitute for $65 but that my fob was not self-programmable (a few are). I searched. Found iMLocksmith and called. He said I could buy but his is guaranteed by him for a year. HIs was 69 and then there was his install charge of $95. Offered the same day to come out. There was a little setback since he had to also reprogram my first fob so the charge was he quoted. However, for the cost that Infiniti wanted and without leaving my home office, I have a replacement fob.

Moses has been known as by me two times, when I locked myself out and once to rekey all my locks. Both time he's been very quick to respond, polite, effective, and reasonably priced.
I hope that I do not have to call him , but he is, if I do need a locksmith. Absolutely recommend this company.

The other reviews are right. I contacted this company earlier to ask about a locksmith to come out and do a job for us. The reply was quick, the quote was reasonable and the turn around time was fantastic.
My locksmith came in the time he said he had the job, gave me a text update on his coming time, would and was professional and personable. 10/10 would employ him.

We attempt to support locally owned companies. When we saw the reviews for IM Locksmith on Yelp, we achieved to the proprietor. I requested an online quotation, and he reacted within 30 minutes. We were able to schedule an appointment. When he was on the way into our house, he messaged me. He came and has been super personable. He checked all of the doors and all of our locks for an extremely affordable price. Plus, they use Squarewe were able to cover and trick him. I enjoy using companies offering customer service that is really excellent, and this is one of those companies. Look no more if you are looking for a good, friendly, reasonably priced locksmith!

Man who came out friendly and non creepy! The cost was reasonable he re-keyed each of the doors and made me a key for my vehicle. He has a whole lot of stuff with him components and the like and he works super quickly!

Extremely friendly support & fast. Arrived at my home about 20 minutes after I put my call asking support, 10-15 mins later my lock was rekeyed, replaced, functioning flawless, and I'd 3 brand new keys in my hands (he'd have made me more but that's all I needed). Among my doors needed the hole expanded and although it's a metallic door he made short work of modifying it,along with the lock fit is just right.He did the installs within one hour and billed me a very reasonable fee.
I needed a locksmith to install a new lock and transfer the old one it replaced into a different door.They were equally the more recent type digital combo types.To avert any potential problems I needed the work done by a specialist so I went to Yelp and began researching my options.IM Locksmith had many favorable reviews and had been situated close to my house, and so I called them and put up an installation appointment.
A few days later I was having an issue with a few of the guards (not Moses fault),so I called Moses and he came right out and immediately fixed the issue for no charge.I'm quite pleased with the work that he did and later if I need a Locksmith it will be IM that I call.
Moses arrived when he said he'd,set up the lock and transferred the other lock for me.He is a very polite young man that knows his stuff,does'nt squander time,and protects business.
I am also going to recommend IM to all of my friends who want a Locksmiths' services.

I wish this place had been called by me ! I probably would not even been late for work this area is awesome response time that is really speedy only thankful that they were there for me! This is once I lock myself out the place I am calling which is a bit too LOL recommend!
