Lorianne and the team at Intel Lock receive my endorsement for client support, experience, and their professionalism.
When Lorianne at Intel Lock assisted us establish a security camera program at our enterprise and design, the quality surpassed our expectations. Installation work was clean, and educated with sensitivity into our workflow. We had several overdue changes in programs in the span of Lorianne and the job and her employees were very receptive and accommodating throughout. She continued to encourage Intel Lock's work as well. She saw that it had been replaced instantly and without price to us, Every time a piece of equipment failed following setup.

A few weeks ago, my dad wanted 1 deadbolt rekeyed, he was quoted a service charge of $15 and I beleive about $70-$75 in labor for a total of $85?! That he was charged $10 and he ended up carrying it to a rival c & s and he was in and out in under 10 minutes. Please, anyone that calls around $85 to get a lock rekeying, make sure that you obtain an price and shop around, to get quotes is a scam.

I was trapped out when my garage door opener gave up the ghost while on my walk. Having never wanted a locksmith before I had no idea who to call. Luckily I predicted Intel first and Brian came to my rescue. As he labored through the process of unlocking my deadbolts he was patient, skilled, and gracious. I hope that I never require a locksmith again, but if I do I will call Intel. Brian was courteous and professional and I will recommend him and the business to my friends and coworkers. Five stars, however they would be given by me, if there were six.

Quick, thorough! I'd 3 new keyless locks installed and programmed in a half hour. Smart detail oriented, excellent communication skills in instructing delete how to program and insert codes.

The is the second time. The service personnel are knowledgeable, professional & helpful. You're locked out or need to fix or change locks if the Intel Lock is highly recommended by me!

They make the most of my teenaged son. My son was locked out of his car. I phoned and was quoted $15 for the excursion charge and $45"and upward" hourly fee depending on"how complicated the lock " The technician arrived within 20 minutes and had the car unlocked in less than 5 minutes. They charged my credit card. The amount was excessive, although I'd have gladly paid $60. I called to complain and was told that they had to cover overhead and other expenses and so forth, and that the hourly rate offered was $45"and up." So I guess that covers because they see fit them to take advantage of anybody. Iurge or'll never predict this company.
So now, me get this right. You lie to me on the telephone once I whine, argue and take advantage of my child, and now I'm supposed to stop and desist? You moved to my company and complained about me since I called you on amazes me! No ma'am. You're dishonest. You're a predator. You don't deserve to be trusted with something as important as the locks on someone's home, workplace, or vehicles. My review of your business stands.

Abel came out through the rain and managed to program a new keyfob for the spouse's car (after her handbag was stolen). He explained everything and has been very respectful. These people will certainly be recommended, if we need any support pertaining to a locksmith.

I've used Intel Lock. Once for my property and three times for my rental home. Intel lock was amazing every moment. All the technicians arrive immediately (within 30 minutes). They also offer solutions to my tenants locking out themselves. Instead of patch the issue, the Intel Lock team went above and beyond replacing a lock as well as changing the batteries in my lock. I am so pleased to have found this group of gifted people. Thanks for everything Intel Lock!

Update: I called to reschedule Lori's no display. She was in a pleasant demeanor and did come. She stated they had not cashed my check and would give a discount. She didn't follow through with all the discount and my bank records reveal that the check was cashed by her.
I had been locked out of my apartment hallway door. I called involving 6-6:30 PM on a Friday night and had been told entrance time would be in 20-30 minutes. Arrived in 50 minutes and told me that this kind of lock isn't able to be picked. He said because of the immense difficulty it'll cost 235.00. The atmosphere wedge was used by him and it popped open instantly. He billed the 235.00. After he left, I grabbed my purse from my apartment and attempted my charge card to unlock the door and it readily unlocked the door (so much for quite tough lock). I called the office and stated that because I was brand new to the region I felt overcharged and only was looking for a trustworthy locksmith. Her voice and tone of voice became horrible and she scolded me for"threatening" to write a review. She stated that she'd have to see if it had been an overcharge, the lock herself to establish. She stated she'd be over in the morning. She didn't come and didn't call to reschedule. I wish I'd read the reviews before picking Intel Lock in Tucson Arizona.

1) If I am given a time estimate, I hope that it will be followed. This is ostensibly utility employees, cable companies, and apartment maintenance employees give windows of time. This is why I think customers are better served with the technician himself.
I really don't see exactly what the point is in trying to lie about all this. I paid to get a subpar service and indicated such on Yelp, similar to I have talked about other subpar services along with other exemplary services. I really don't understand this girl from Adam and I have no reason to"destroy her business"; I am trying to present her concrete suggestions about the best way to improve.
Two ) I thanked the locksmith for letting me into my house. I did not embarrass himbecause that is not exactly what I do with men. I didn't whine about the services at the time because I wanted to check with folks about what a fair charge for getting a locksmith to start one's house was, along with the folks that I assessed with (that aren't on Yelp) informed me that it seemed high. I have no complaint about the actual prices that I was charged, only that I couldn't see how the charges were itemized on the bill (because they weren't).
3) As I mentioned in the previous review, I was really reimbursed $15 plus 10 percent, which, again, was not my goal in writing the inspection. It was very sort of Lori and the technician to do, however, $31.50 does not make up for the total amount of time and energy that I've expended on this issue and does not tackle the issues I pointed out multiple times today.
I have tried to be individual, but now that this has lasted into a different day, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in their privacy policies. I blocked their number and Lori called me. I declined to pick up her next call, and then I suddenly had a call from Tucson Yoga, where I have never visited and is quite near her small business. I fell to select that one up, too.
Lori out of Intel Lock has called me multiple times about this Yelp inspection: I did not supply her with my personal phone number in order to try it, and I am feeling extremely plagued. Should you read her response to me, she thinks that I am lying about my experienceI am not, and it only continues to get worse. To respond to her accusations:

Worst locksmith in town!! I am a college student and that I called and they told me it was $15 for the trip for my home (although I live 2 miles away) and then $45 every hour. The locksmith required an hour and a half to get here. Once he came he was able to get my door lock open (keep in mind it is a cheap Walmart lock) and it took him 5 minutes to start. After opening it said it'd be $135 which doesn't add up at all because he was there for 5 minutes. They totally scammed me. Don't come here.

24 hour reply, honesty, trust, commitment, and respect are traits that Intel Lock conserve. We have never had any difficulties, and had Intel Lock re-key our package almost a couple of years ago. Also, the standard of the parts compliment their workmanship. Their staff take some time to do the job correctly the first time, and are extremely educated. We trust Intel Lock when it concerns the safety and safety of our business. Thanks for providing outstanding support!

I lost the key and known as Lorianne. She sent John out and he had four keys made for me right away. They work and the cost was GREAT! John called to frighten me. They were highly recommended by me!

We had been quoted $35 per hr plus a trip charge on the telephone to unlock a coming time and a doorway . The tech took 57 minutes to arrive and charged us $90, not the anticipated $50 to get 20 seconds of work done.
Regardless of the cost, had they been truthful we'd have predicted another company. When my wife called after to sort out the discrepancy between what she had been told on the telephone versus exactly what we were really charged, the company was rude, argumentative, and not able to explain why the lock that we had them open cost over any other. Service left was effective the truthfulness in accessibility and cost isn't within boundaries that Irecommend or'd present my company .

We had been charged $90 ($15 is a trip fee ), the remaining $75 falls within which lock class??? The most applicable is that a"house lockout" (since it was an internal doorknob design lock) which is listed as $45.

I hired where lovely, Intel Lock to do some work in my practice and they. Fantastic pricing , friendly technician, Speedy appointment period as well as great follow up. I would advise Intel Lock to anybody looking for quality work at a wonderful price!

Disappointed in the service That I received from Intel Lock. Please make certain to read reviews it can help save you time and money.
I called Lori to organize an appointment especially to get a patio door - never didn't mention this to the service guy"Jon" who reached the house oblivious with no tools or parts to work with. Jon had of charging me a service fee for a service he wasn't able to perform the disgrace.

Overall satisfied with the outcome. Yesterday I called and they arrived out first thing this morning. The person that I talked to was fine. I told him what I needed donelocks changed, and he said they could take action. When I asked what the charge was that they said there was a $15 excursion fee and to change the locks would start at $75 and go up. Since the complete ended up being 165 I should have requested go up to what. So that a part was great, he had been on time and was in and out in about 15 minutes. I think it was expensive but I recognize that I am paying for the convenience of having someone come out and change the locks vs. me attempting to get it done myself. Overall, satisfied with the service, like I said.

I needed a re-key that was very simple. Intel Lock has excellent rates and was very professional to deal with. Jon was the locksmith that played the work and he did an excellent job. He is quite knowledgeable and knows this company.

I have worked with Intel for at least 5 decades. My own business was procured by them after we had multiple break ins. They have managed the locks in that location, and set up a security system for another location. Their skill and support are top notch. They have arrived in a couple of minutes at the middle of the night. I'd suggest them to any business. Lorraine is dedicated to customer support, and follows up to ensure everything is satisfactory long after the job is finished.
