JC came to a home of ours to replace wax seals 2 toilets. He quoted me $350, to. Seriously- each part is replacing them would require a hour each maximum, and under $10 including bolts that are fresh. So that is $165 per hour!
Victor of JC Plumbing has functioned at my home on many occasions. He recognized and fixed the main issue that the caused flood in my master bedroom. He installed 2 toilets which work much better than what I had.

They came and put into a fresh water heater roughly four weeks ago. Very crew. Kept me informed during the procedure. Everything tidy, and the water heater is working good.

Called JC Plumbing and got an appointment to substitute a pressure regulator valve and valve since my home was over pressure that has resulted in appliance failures and valve. Victor I would like to know about several other difficulties with my water heater and managed to come over the exact same afternoon, replaced the valve and pressure regulator, and answered. His associate and victor had been finished in less than 2 hours and the workmanship is top notch. And oh, by the way, this was done on a Saturday. They arrived at 1pm and called them and were performed just before 3pm. Great work and thanks , Victor!
Looked through Yelp for help at the base of my bathroom with a leak. Saw a review with a similar problem in which Victor did the job for $75 and told the homeowner was a few caulking and believed I'd phone. I read the review word for word, saying I asked if he would come along with recaulk and had some minor leaking at the base of my bathroom. His reply,"We don't do that. We have to replace the gasket." The cost quoted was the same as 2016 (that's the reason why two stars rather than one). Funny how he quote the bid and could evaluate a plumbing problem. Obviously, I did not use him.
I called about an emergency leakage within my house and Victor was beyond understanding and got to my house in a timely manner and did the job in a couple of minutes, I was highly pleased and would recommend him to anyone who wants any type of solutions that the business offers, thank you Victor we really appreciated your solutions tonight.

This is a follow up. The time Victor came out was to access the job. We felt he was the best to do the job after checking with some other businesses. He was very fast at getting the job done and is a straight talker. In addition, he made an excellent suggestion that will save us money on repairs. The water pipe was one thing but what we are thrilled with is him installing a gas pipe for our fireplace. He did a great job and instead of a wood burning mess we have fireglass that's so easy to light. We utilize the fireplace far more.
We noticed a few water coming from the water heater at about 6pm. After some exploring we realized the water heater had arrived at the end of its life and leaked bad. Victor arrived in just two hours of my call to my home. He was professional and very courteous. He was able to isolate the flow and remove the water heater. We let the place to dry during the night and Victor showed the next morning back up at 7am sharp and installed the new water heater. His job was fast, very clean and friendly. Goodbye Anderson, goodbye Bill Howe, hello JC Plumbing. Victor installed a shutoff ball valve at the original regulator estimate to boot up and set up a water pressure regulator in less than an hour and came out. The quote was liberated and at a price that is fair. The materials were all lead free. The job was done and that I discovered Victor is everything all these good reviews say. Thank you Victor, I'll call again!
I phoned JC Plumbing for a shower booth issue. I scheduled an appointment to have the shower is fixed by Victor. Victor is educated at his craft and extremely professional, Im so happy to finally get water coming out of the shower stall. Im going telephone Victors for assistance to replace my water heater.
Victor was found by us by studying the Yelp reviews and everything that has been said about him was accurate. Victor came across the exact same day we left a telephone and took his time going over all house. He was professional and very thorough. Had a good experience with JC Plumbing once I needed a H2O heater replaced. Called Victor after reading reviews on Yelp and House Advisor. He was available to perform the job the same day and came out for a free quote. Quotation was fair and he managed to work on the price with me. Victor provided recommendations that are good for the work and was quite professional. So I felt quite comfortable with his ability to perform the work correctly he was patient and explained the details of the job. Happy to have hot water again. Thanks Victor! Victor was helpful. I called him at 6:30pm Saturday and that he had been in the property inside an hour. Regrettably, the water heater could not be mended but Victor was very helpful in fast and walking me getting it installed. I would certainly suggest JC Plumbing.
Called Victor in JC Plumbing from Angie's list about seepage at the base of the toilet. The job leveling it if necessary, placing on a new wax ring, and then could have been eliminating the toilet. Price $368 with a 5 percent discount.Victor appeared at my toilet and told me it was fine and all it had was a bead of caulking at the base. He caulked the toilet base and a few other areas for me personally from the BA. I asked him about putting in a possible and clean out power. He was knowledgeable and up to date on what is demanded. Giving him five stars for integrity and professional demeanor. Price of his visit $75 cash.
