Some backstory; I eventually landed upon Jeff later calling over 20 locksmiths. I had code cut keys made for our company (that is, a key made when you understand the lock biting, but do not have a key which operates. Users have dropped keys over the last few years and we had been left with no originals).
I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the service of Jeff. He was called by me he charged the least out of all three in Pittsburgh that would do it, knew exactly what I asked for and answered the phone. As I did not have the key bitings on me all at the time, I just just called and left him a voicemail. He initially wanted to meet I simply couldn't do, the following day. Instead of pushing off me as a low-dollar customer (my order was only $~67), he arranged to meet me at our centre that evening, hand providing all 21 keys I had asked, exactly as I asked them.
I seldom reviews, poor or good. But I was impressed with his over the best customer support, I felt I had to leave this review to get Jeff. As Jeff seems to, not nearly enough companies care about their customers. Here's to encouraging the local enterprise!

I'd have thought after all keys for lock programs is most a daily occurrence for many of them this could be handled by locksmiths. This does not seem to be the case. It sounds many"locksmiths" are actually just"lock changers" and"key duplicators", they do not actually practice the craft of locksmithing. From 20+ locksmiths I called in the Pittsburgh region, only 3 were capable of clipping on me keys. Plus duplicates!) , one down in South Side who was not convenient to get to), and Jeff's Lock & Key. .
