Rafael was as attentive and nice as could be, while replacing 8 cubes and cutting keys, and came back within about half an hour. I believe I paid $178.00 (with yelp reduction ) He no longer accepts cards so be sure to have cash on hand. (I wasn't prepared for that but we worked it out)
In all honesty, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I was about 5 minutes late for our appointment that is scheduled, to re-key a property. As soon as I arrived at the home Rafael had came & left (his business card has been put from the screen door). I felt really shitty so attempt to re-schedule for another day and I called, the amount on his business card , to apologize. Then tried the number and spoke with the sorry I forgot his name, who's such a wonderful guy. See what might be done and he provided to reach out to Rafael.
I really appreciate. Genuinely nice men and women are hard to find,and Rafael, at Advanced Locksmith, is only that. Thanks dude!

Locked my keys in the car and predicted. Got sent with a full voicemail box! Can't get company!

Attempted to call them once I locked myself and received a message that their box had to be set up. You own a business yet fail to set your voicemail up and do not answer your cell phone?

Came out fast on a Sunday, the whole process until he left from when I predicted was half an hour. No issue opens and has been. Thank you!

My husband and got a call from one of our renters in Antioch that she'd locked herself and I were going to go to bed in Oakland. We looked at each other and said, "Locksmith!" He did a search and began calling. I did a yelp search and began calling people... The very first man who picked up the phone was Sean. He headed out the door and not only did he clarify the services, fees, and process and came in 35 minutes at the leasing! He finished the services efficiently that I believe I had been reading him my credit card information within one hour of the telephone.

In interest of honesty and fairness the first time you met about my automobile with my dad he had nothing but nice things to say about you. He seemed very knowledgeable, courteous and said you're professional. You also said you may get it although you DID say you needed to order the part. We were eager to pay once you revealed my dad to get the automobile home the price you had discussed. You looked like a person so we made a decision to proceed. Instead of saying you are out of town or had holiday plans and coming out that you allowed us to continue to call and wait. For many days. I'd have left you a shining review if you had said"hello its the holidays I have other obligations I'm sorry" but rather we kept hearing"tomorrow""tomorrow" if you bothered to answer at all. The TRUTH is we wanted to do business after the meeting with you, we persisted to attempt to conduct business with you. But after getting the run around for many days, I took the car to a mechanic that fixed it the same day (even with needing to have the part delivered). They answered the telephone, when they stated they'd and they did things. That's the reason you got.

Following a scheduling mishaps Raphael was able to return to my home. He was able to access the situation and reconstruct the internal workings of my lockrather than trying to up charge me into buying a lock. He was also generous in waiving the fee. I would recommend they are used by AND . I love stand individuals who don't try up and get over on their clients when something doesn't go right and make lodging. And he got the work done! Such great service!!! My key was stuck on the surface of a parking garage in the ignition of my old Honda Pilot where NO truck can get to. After 3 times of stress and dealing with tow companies, insurance, and dealerships estimating a huge cost onto me to repair the issue, I called Raphael and he came to the rescue! He was able to get my key out and billed a tiny portion of what I would've endured with towing and Honda dealership parts/labor.

This business was scheduled by me a week prior to the requested work date. All was supported and they were a no show. They never contacted me to let me know they wouldn't create our appointment and did not answer their phone daily. As I drove 4 hours round trip to meet them at this house it was a completely wasted day. Totally unreliable business.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I had a at my enterprise. According to a Friday, got a quotation, and appointment was set up to be there Monday morning. It was 12pm and monday came and no one showed. Called multiple occasions to get status and was not able to leave a voicemail since voicemail was not set up. Never received a return call. Ended up contacting another locksmith to get the task finished.

As I was ready to depart for work, I locked myself. The guy came by within about 25 min., super friendly fast and helpful! Thank you!

I called because I locked myself out of the house and Raphael was at my house in 30 minuets. Quick friendly service highly recommend this firm. He answers his phone! Great.

So fast, friendly and professional. I was in a bind. Another company wanted to charge me $325. Advanced Locksmith billed $95 that is reimbursable through AAA and made me. I will recommend this business that is local!

Rafael is a superb man. From utilizes him as upkeep not only is he a locksmith he is a contractor. He's working in my garage (motor) shortly to be replaced with a new, sink and replaced my ceiling fan. About using him if we move, I will certainly see. Thank you Rafael.

6:35 PM Update: Just got off the phone with Raphael, also was advised of the reason for his lack. Note: Please be advised that he is not in city, and his business number won't function until next week. I feel much better. He appears genuinely concerned about his business. I encouraged his critique (up one star) for his attempt to call to clear things up. Once we've got a opportunity to complete our service request and fulfillment next 20, I will update the review.
10/30/2017 Update: Raphael providing the service options to me, and made a visit to visit the property, made the evaluation of the lock types. It turned out I had other alternative, which I think is keying. I feel Raphael is somebody who is honest about his work, and knows his trade well. He'd prove that to be the case if giving him an opportunity. Thank you, Raphael.
Once I spoke to him on Monday 17, I've been trying to get Raphael @ 925-634-1965 Oct 9, 2017 to schedule an house re-keying see in Oakley. Since the ceremony was to be done at a vacant property, I consented to leave the house key. Anticipated a service conclusion call, and so, I would conduct payment over the phone. However, there wasn't any call received Monday evening. After unsuccessful efforts to contact Advanced Locksmith, I moved to retrieve the house key and I've been trying to call Raphael @ his listed business number above since then, and obtained the'voice message has not been setup. . ,etc' after one ring. I've read Raphael' s reply comment to a client learned of his household catastrophe in recent days, also posted inspection on October 5th, 2017, so I thought he might be outside to look after household business. But given that I'm in no rush I've called him several times in the last 10 days @ the business number. No luck. I don't know exactly what to do with the $100 service coupon I bought out of Advanced Locksmith on Monday October 9th through Yelp promotional buy ($100 for $125 value of service.) I decide I will call a different local locksmith business soon. I'm unsure what is going on using Advanced Locksmith, or to Raphael, but I hope all is well with him and loved ones. I shall update my rating when I am better educated.

Rafael was my place of calling him in 30 minutes. Plus it was a Sunday, so that was actually pretty impressive. My job was small - I just needed him to clip on a lock. He brought up the fact that I could likely get a AAA reimbursement, or so the job might end up being totally free.
