As a single homeowner I have always felt satisfied and comfortable with the quality of support I receive. It's hard as a female to anticipate any diagnosis when relying on companies. I have received wonderful support. The business has a respectable team and their clean. I feel Blessed to have discovered this business for my plumbing requirements.
They had been hired to replace a sewer line in January 2019. They had been my third quote and yes the smallest bid. A project that has been started in February is still incomplete now. After numerous different companies have said this job should've taken a couple of weeks to possibly even a couple tops. Nothing but excuse after excuse in the workers. First there was water coming into the trench and see where the water has been coming out of and the city would need to come out. Afterward, the inspector will not approve the work when the soil remains wet (which was crap, the city said they do not inspect sewer line replacements). Well it has been too much rain-we've had 45 days of rainfall. . .okay, nevertheless your FB page shows a multitude of work being done during precisely the same time period in different regions. I am so over their workers and this organization. NEVER AGAIN! And"NO, I do not suggest them". Photos are of what I look at everyday AND what my neighbors are complaining about to my neighborhood association.
