Pretty much they wanted to bill me to come out an look at the lock stated I would have to buy another.... I could've went to home depot for all of this. BEWARE. Do not waste your money. They have groupings for a reason.

Charged me $248 to 2 locks. Declined to quote in advance. I'd have sent him away but did not want to wait for another appointment. Next time I won't hire without a quotation in advance. Arrived on time and did the work requested.
