This business seeking to replace the guards for my office was contacted by me. (Yes I know that it states Keys for my CAR) lol but I was hell bent on a local (Benicia) business and this was the sole local vendor I could find. Anyhoo, although Jim could not assist me that he was kind enough to send me a listing of trusted alternatives in areas. . .something he did not need to take out the time to do.
Fantastic customer service, and if I need lock or a replacement Automobile, I'll keep him in mind.
Jim is honest professional who saved my life (meaning he altered my only set of car keys)....they come to where you are and manage business in a professional friendly manner. He was the lowest that I could find that was accessible to work around my schedule. . .its a win win situation for anybody! Thank you Jim:)
