I arrived in the store and Jim came on time. He cut me fresh house keys from my spares and started programming a new key for my truck. Jim helped me quite a bit learning about digital keys and explained all the different choices and prices. The brand new house keys work cut better than my spares!! So wonderful!

I was pleased to locate the company for replacements after having my gym bag with keys in it. My call was answered after 2 rings and was able to generate a next day appointment at least 3-4 days where as other areas needed to dictate my truck key.

I contacted this company seeking to replace the locks. (Yes I know that it states Keys for my CAR) lol but I was hell bent on a neighborhood (Benicia) company and this was the sole neighborhood vendor I could find. Anyhoo, even though Jim could not help me that he had been kind enough to send me a list of trusted options in regions. . .something he did not need to spend out some time to do.

He turned me on to Old Capitol Locks, while speaking with a buddy. I made an appointment. The owner, Jim, was so on top of his game. He had fobs and the keys in my hands and programmed.
I can't say enough about how this business is. I had purchased a used car that just had one key and fob. I contacted numerous locksmiths to learn they didn't have the necessary equipment to program the keys/fob. I called a local car dealership and fell out of my chair with the price they offered. I thought it's to control that amount for a key and fob.

Called to Get an appointment. Got there early and Jim cared for me. Keys cut for my 1965 automobile. Job was completed in a few minutes. Thank you Jim for the excellent service!

Finest service ever! Fast reaction time. . My key broke off in the lock of the front door an hour. Locksmith was here 15 minutes after and 10 minutes after that I had been at the front door.

Old Capital Lock Services is a locksmith business specialized in truck locks of all sorts. Jim Parrie, the main, has built a complete locksmith workshop and warehouse in a moderate sized van which could react quickly to customer requirements. Automobile dealers call all kinds of difficult lock problems. We had an ignition lock. Jim found that our older keys were worn out. So he looked up the lock on his computer that was onboard and estimated what the secret could have been top notch by notch. He found the answer in an automatic machine and moments made keys. The keys managed the locks on the old truck and the job was complete within minutes. I made a decision to replace the ignition lock but all the doors worked on the key that was replicated that Jim made. This service was completed with a pleasant attitude, at a price, and with integrity. When you can not start the car or light truck, I would advise Jim for field repair of automobile locks.

I discovered OCLS in manner, luckily on a Google search last week. For a situation, I had keys! I asked me to come in at 10am on Monday and spoke with Jim who had been really polite. I didn't realize that it was an kind of location and was delayed getting there by 10am. I contacted him and he said he'd wait for me personally after he left a message wondering when I had been coming. So I hurried over, very cool. The store was well stocked with several keys, a few I had never seen before! Jim produced my keys and I had been on my way. I would recommended OCLS to anybody needing otherwise or keys.

I lost my key to a late model dodge and called one of those"24" hr locksmith services to create a brand new one. The very first man that came could not make a brand new key saying that the"new version" computer was needed. He said he knew. The price he offered which seemed a little high skyrocketed into a price that was way too high. He offered me a price right and it was much lower than the original quote from the support. He made the key and came and that I was on the road. Excellent support and I highly recommend his company should you need locksmith services if it is.
