I called L&G while I had a flat tire on the 101, the reaction time was astounding and also in about 15 minutes the service man had been with me (sorry I forgot his name) since I did not have a spare tire (I have a modest convertible) I needed to be towed to my tire store. The service man was really fast, took him about 20 minutes to get the car towed and we were in the store in 45min.

Eli is a complete crook! Run as far away from this company. Tow was charged $1250 for a 40 mile, which should be a $250 to $300 tow according to 3 other towing companies. The company that dispatched his stated he was out of line. Upon calling him out on it Eli stated"I will charge whatever I need" don't use this company at all or else you will be completely screwed over.
BEWARE!!!!2500 for a 40 mile tow! What a thief!

Can this? This guy towed my son broken car down from a petrol station at 9pm on Sepulvenda Blvd on Mother's Day evening. 2500 charged our discover card although this tow ought to have cost $250. He said he could charge whatever he wanted and refused to alter the charge when we called him to correct his mistake. His charge was 10 times the standard. Beware.
