Our 1 and a half year old son has managed to hide/ throw off all but one set of keys we have (even 1 set of my mother in laws) we called Al to make us a new set and he had been here in a jiff! He even showed up with a gift for our son (his own set of toy keys)

Dude charges $220 to unlock my car and eventually shows me. They make me wait over 3 hours way overcharge me to sum up. Ridiculous. Never calling this place.
Well, 30 minutes pass and I am still waiting. I text. No reply. Another 30 minutes, and another text, and silence. Finally call them after two hours, and guy tells me he'll call his tech to"see where he's". No more apologies or anything.
So I just have bad luck, but my experience was awful. I had been in a grocery store's parking lot, therefore called a couple of locksmiths would be available to assist me quickly. I was told 30 minutes by these men, although most areas gave me a 2-3 hour ETA. Awesome, right?
Ten minutes after the tech eventually calls me to confirm my speech. Then tells me will PROBABLY be here in half an hour.

Al did really a great job when it dropped in the dumpster!!! on replacing my car crucial He gave me a discount for another spare key too. After we called him at 12, like he stated, he arrived 45mins. Great Job Al! Totally recommend!

P.S. Alad is quite reasonable, prompt, and amazing. I would certainly keep his number useful for any future crises. I highly recommend this Buisness.
5 Star Service a Perfect 10 that is true. Alad came within 25-30 minutes of call during rush hour traffic. A key was replaced by alad to get an older model car within half an hour. Problem solved. I was stressed but my key was made by Alad in no time. I had been back at the driver seat, along with my crisis was averted. Thank You.

Al came by to fix the lock cylinder in my vehicle. Even threw in a key. Very friendly and professional. Would call again.

Al picked the phone up and said he'd be in a half an hour and the price was way less costly than the Ford dealer would have charged ! He showed up, was really personable and way informative ! He replaced the lock cylinder and programmed two keys, within an hour after! Wow, talk about great service!
If you get in a jam like we did call LAE and ask for Al! If you lock your keys in your vehicle call aaa or receive a hanger and stop whining!
My spouse & I had traveled down to L.A for the holidays (pet sitting friends dogs as well) and we couldn't get the vehicle key to turn the ignition on! The lock cylinder in our 2001 attention was defective. We went to wait to have it looked at a ford dealer but it was Christmas Day and we were driving back into the Bay Area so we called LAE locksmith, not expecting to have a live person, however we did!

Coincidently I have worse luck... Smh My BF car keys broke off his key string while in my possession. (Simply me. . Smh lol ) Al came within 30 minutes and fixed my issue within another 45 minutes then only because that's how much time it takes to program my digital GM chipped key without an original key. I would urge him to all my friends or family members of you are clutch situation! Thank you Al!

F**kin dreadful support. I had been locked out of my car because of clumsiness. Called, got hung up on two! Called back for the next time, cause third times the charm. The person that answered the phone gave me attitude like I'm playing a joke. I wound up calling another place for better support and a cheaper price!

Lost my key and called Al who's very prompt on a Sunday. Great service and arrive on time. Charge is reasonable.

Locksmith Al was efficient, professional, fast, and friendly. I predicted after hours and he had been ready to help me out. Straightforward and seemingly educated in what he can. The problem was fixed by him and now I'm very happy. If you need assistance with almost any emergency lock 13, Al would be recommended by me.

My automobile ignition ceased functioning, and also a fantastic mechanic in European Motors called Mark recommended I have prior to spending $600 on components, a car locksmith take a look at it. That turned out to be the trick, and Al was the guy to get the job done. He did it in a timely fashion, and was professional throughout. I can't suggest Al's work for anybody!

Avoid.I locked my keys in the car. The man came a half an hour later than dispatcher advised me and gouged me 109 for a job. Wish I'd told him no thanks and somebody else, but I was just paid and tired.

Lost my keys attempted calling like 5 spots that they all wanted $200+ then I get a call in Al.. . He explained 140 b there in one hour... He had been here in less time and took me two keys!!! Fantastic customer service fantastic work and left my truck looking like he never opened the dashboard... Definitely will recommend to your friend

Highly suggest LAE Locksmith whoever needs any work. Al is the greatest and he is reasonable as well as quite negiotiatable. Very guy that is honest and prompt service.

If you are in a bind or locked out this is the place. Simon was very upfront with my situation's time and price which was missing keys for storage lockers. It was hard and he had several obstacles to go thru but managed to solve them. Awesome job suggested!
