LAE Locksmith

I began searching for a locksmith and shipped inquiry messages out into locksmith round my area. LAE locksmith has been the very first want to call me back and make sure that I was OK and they offered to come help straight away. They took a look After the locksmith arrived and they could unlock it in 10 minutes. Seeing the procedure made me feel as though I was in the film Mission impossible!

I locked myself out of my loft.

Soon after dealing with the incompetence of this business' employees, one of the owners (Jonathan) predicted in an attempt to redeem their reputation as good locksmiths. He offered to put in the lock set in waived a discount & the service charge. That sort of service warrants 5 stars. However due to the inefficiency of their employees, 3 stars is the most can I give this business.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE... I was very certain about what lock services were demanded, and the secretary or operator I spoke to sent someone that couldn't do the job. It was a waste of time!!!

I left my keys inside my house in the day and I was worry about locating locksmiths however I contacted them and they replied. Jonathan was friendly and he called me to confirm the speech. Ricardo arrived and in under 10 minutes I managed to get in my house again. Fantastic thing that they started without damaging the lock!

My son locked us . We called a few locksmiths and LAE was the first to react. They gave us a competitive price. They were at our place within half an hour in 11! The technician was fantastic. Very considerate and professional. We had a lock that is stubborn Miles managed to work his way through it. This service is strongly recommended by me.

Easy to make an appointment, came on time, worked affordable. I needed to get two locks rekeyed within my home and they have been efficient and fast

Ten minutes after the technician eventually calls me to confirm my speech. Tells me will PROBABLY be here in half an hour.
Dude shows me charges to unlock my car $220. They make me wait over 3 hours then way overcharge me, In conclusion. Ridiculous. Never calling this place.
I locked my key inside my car (dumb, I know, and not even the very first time that I've done it.) I had been in the parking lot of a grocery store, so called a few locksmiths would be available to assist me quickly. Places gave me a hour ETA, but I was told 30 minutes by these guys. Wonderful, right?
Well, 30 minutes pass and I am still waiting. I text. No reply. Another silence, and another text, and 30 minutes. Eventually call them after two hours, and guy tells me he'll call his technician to"see where he's". No more apologies or anything.

Let me start by Describing the reason I Had a smith;Then I asked if he can send someone out immediately because I was worried about the possibility of waking up and not visiting my truck in the driveway any more (that could ruin your day right?) . He explained to me that he didnt have the locks all he wanted available for my toolboxes but he can get them .
A couple of days back an entire set of keys on my work truck was lost by some idiot that id rather not name! This set of keys contained the secret, my ignition/door key and my alert for all the tool boxes! I freaked out about the fact that there's an extra set of keys floating around and I have tens of thousands of dollars worth of tools in my truck.
They showed up the next day; finished the job; demonstrated that the locks that were new to me to reveal everything was in working order. Not just this but he replaced my locks with locks that were more protected at no cost.
He gave me a quote which was extremely reasonable compared to a few of the men I called, but try to negotiate with him and wanted to push my luck haha! He was marginally flexible!
JOB TO DO = 8 locks for both utility tool boxes and 1 ignition and door key
My general experience with this company was good that's why I'm confused about of the HATE REVIEWS. I guess a few people out by writing insulting people and hate mail there like to purposely make their days.
Once again he shocks me by doing me the expansive jesture of sending a tech over that very same night to replace ignition key and my door for now. The tech did that though the poor guy had to work in the dark and showed up about an hour.
Hands down this is what a 5 star company ought to be!
After getting numerous excuses and quotes that were ridiculous and calling a few locksmiths here on yelp I stumbled on those men.
Holy crap that there's no way that someone will just be able to squeeze me for such a job on such short notice and is gon na cost me an arm and a leg to replace all of these locks!
Super friendly guy asked me to explain what I wanted and answered the phone. He asked me to send pictures of the guards to him through text which made me feel re-assured he would be able to perform the job.

These guys are AWESOME! I lost keys into a mini cooper, not only did they provide me a great cost, they came across the way to me late at night (I am located in East LA/Montebello place ) I got my key immediately and it probably took over 20 minutes.

I've Got a Lexus IS 250. I'd gotten my crucial stolen. They reprogrammed my car gave me a key in 25 min. So friendly and sweet. I called them daily they arrived quick. And frankly can not beat the price. Thank you again. Extremely client!!!

Shay came all of the way back from the Valley again to ensure I had two working digital remotes.

Al did a great job on replacing my car key when it accidentally dropped in the dumpster!!! He gave a great discount for another key to me too because of my honda civic. He arrived 45mins after we phoned him like he said. Good Job Al! Totally recommend!

P.S. Alad is very reasonable, prompt, and awesome. I would keep his number handy for any future emergencies. This Buisness is strongly recommended by me.
5 Star Service a real Perfect 10. Alad arrived to my location, which consists of 4 lanes of gridlock between during rush hour traffic within 25-30 minutes of call. Alad replaced a key to get an older model car within half an hour. Problem solved. My crucial was made by Alad very quickly, although I was worried over the strict parking enforcement which ends in towing. I was back at the driver seat, along with my crisis was averted. Thank You.

This inspection is for the small business owner that is new. He reached out to me because he wanted to begin his company right. I was surprised this new small business owner wanted to make things right and was displeased with the service of this small business owner that is older. I appreciate his honesty and his effort.

Fantastic service from this locksmith he made a key for the car for a inexpensive price and came all the way to LAX area that is inglewood. Thanks a great deal 5 stars.

Our 1 and a half year old son was able to hide/ throw away all but one pair of keys we have (even one set of my mother in laws) we called Al to create us a new pair and he was here in a jiff! He showed up with a gift for our son (his own pair of toy keys)

I use my car and that I left my keys in my car in the middle of one. They got my car unlocked although it had been a difficult situation and arrived quick. Very great!
