Chris Portz is a master plumber and an honest individual that is knowledgeable. Fixed the issues I had with my pipes, also gave the advice on keeping everything. I will continue to recommend him and Lapin Services to other homeowners and business owners in the area.

Since my pipes and the walls saw weren't cooperating and Jim didn't have the specialization tools to keep the flow search, he sent over that did, another truck. They had been at my home in no time and fixed the leak that day. Huzzah!!!

I called Lapin in the afternoon once I understood there was a flow in my garage. A gentleman by the name of Jim, the next morning was outside to see what the heck was happening. After worrying about the water coming from the slab, then it was be a pinhole lead in the kitchen sink pipe, (in the cement walls ), that was leaking water out for a little while. Jim was super nice and worked round the weird piping that is my kitchen, bumping into the wall to get to the terrible pipe... all while my old, senile dog continued to get in his way. He was helpful and very understanding although it was a challenging arrangement.
Jim gave me another fantastic company that may come out to discover any mold that might have manifested from the leak's advice. (I am glad he did because it ends up... there WAS mold. Ain't nobody got time for that.) I wouldn't have thought to check it since this is my leak. Thanks, for looking out Jim.

We had been having septic problems so we predicted Lapin Services. Carlos was our point of touch, he was very knowledgeable, he had a wonderful sense of urgency to get the job as quick as possible. They kept us informed every step of the way and pulled on the licenses.
Santiago and Wilmer were also super helpful and easy to take care of. Everyone was neat, organized and respectful. They completed all in 3 short days, had it inspected by city and did an whole drain field replacement. All of the parts including the dirt seem like quality.
We are very satisfied with their services and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing problems.

To be honest it wasn't the ideal experience in the beginning. I won't go into detail but let's just say things have been a bit rough with possible unforseen, and communication, timeline, damage cost. Some of these matters were inevitable and others could have been avoided with a few communication. Chris gave the best quote and is great at a revenue aspect. Out of being a 1 or 2 star, tyler saved this review. Fix and he actually went above and beyond to communicate the issues which were made/created. He also did although some of these matters he didn't have to do. His customer service and helpfulness to fix the issues created saved and helped the experience. Thanks Tyler.

Kim, by the Permitting & Admin Dept., was fantastic!  She kept us up to date about what happened and when we can expect the inspection and supplied us the paperwork we had to complete and have notarized at final in order to have the license hauled fast and communicated with our realtor.  Even though the house closing ran into the late afternoon, which delayed us in receiving the paperwork she was able to schedule the work to be done the next morning! 
Lapin Services will be the company we call on for all of our plumbing requirements from now on!  Their workers are top-notch and incredibly helpful, the work they do is excellent and the cost was EXACTLY what was costs or charges!
Ryan and bryan showed up right on time and promptly got to work!  Both guys were polite, kind and incredibly hard-working!  I am not exaggerating a bit once I say these men worked and HARD!  They goof off, didn't dawdle or waste any time!  They were professional and considerate and remained fixated on the job at hand!  Not surprisingly, they cleaned up after themselves, finished the work faster than we had anticipated and the work readily passed the final inspection of the county!
Jim, their estimator, arrived on time and with a helpful and friendly demeanor.  Jim examined, and we told him what the home inspector said we had the pipes in and around the house.  He explained what we should expect during the repipe, the duration of time it'd take to complete the work, the approximate number of holes they would need to cut to the walls and when we could expect the license to be filed along with the work to commence.  He had been thorough and explained the process in a way that was easy to comprehend!  As promised, we obtained a written quote of the cost via the day and the price was fair, so we chose Lapin Services.
Before Christmas, my son purchased an older house, which among other problems, contained in order to insure the house, pipes that had replaced. We chose three of the highest rated firms and asked quotes after taking a look at the reviews for plumbing firms. Though there was no substantial difference in price between the firms and thoroughness with answering our questions and the kindness we were shown by their estimator, Lapin Services immediately became the frontrunner!

A few days later and we are looking good! All of the water and plumbing issues are solved with the newest drainfield!
It's been a headache for months!

As soon as it was accepted Carlos sent and called crews day. Santiago was helpful and answered all questions 2pm did the drainfield later being there at 9am so that it was very quick.
After filing paper work that they had someone pump tank the following day the following feel days crews came from taking soil samples and measurements. This reassured us that we picked at the company that is right for the work obviously this was a process that is quick.
As soon as I discovered Lapin, Carlos contacted me immediately to find a quote. We moved ahead once we discovered our financing. In addition they offered financing, such as half payments and down.
It was a pleasant encounter only thing that went wrong that day was that our cable lineup did get cut we lost Internet and cable.
Then came the wait... For the permit.

Mike and ryan supplied honest, fair and reliable plumbing services. We use Lapin Services again!

I changed septic companies and I'm happy I did. I called and received a call from carlos labrador. He offered me a price and proceeded this their service. Every time I called, carlos answered all of my queries and called me back. I even received a call from carlos when the job was completed, (since I do not live where the job was being done). I can't say enough great things about the business professional and price is reasonable. I will certainly continue to use this company

We had a toilet replaced by Lapin. His assistant and ryan were efficient and very knowledgeable. Ryan was training his assistant and explained every step of the process to him. We are pleased and appreciate their concern to guarantee we're fulfilled.

Scheduled an appointment. This is my one day off - can't do laundry, can have a bath & flushing the toilet is questionable.
15 minutes ago appointment time - I call to confirm that there was a tech on the way. Ryan then advised they wouldn't be here today and that there was a crisis before.
Ryan assured me that I would be taken care of.

I could not suggest Lapin Services enough! Mike Bryant came to my house early. He not only fixed the issue economically and quickly, but I was taught by him on how to maintain my machine functioning correctly. Mike went above and beyond to attempt to make the situation better after I had a bad experience with a company in the area. He was great... if you need any plumbing or septic providers, telephone Lapin and ask for Mike!

They seemed educated.
I wouldn't ever advocate doing business with this company.
We hired an electrician.
We put calls and emails to no avail.
They were very quick to come out and give us an estimate on replacing our drain area.
Extremely unprofessional.
We are still waiting on this job's completion.
Really dangerous.
What they did do is bury the lines with grime Not.
Initially they informed us they mended the traces.
They left the job half done with broken electric lines vulnerable.

Brandon & Mike couldn't have been more professional. They went the excess mile to ensure to eliminate the blockade within our laundry sewer line. Got us up and running within an hour. Highly recommend this company.

Lapin was recommended to me by a buddy, and Chris came out same day and discovered that my filter was obstructed (not even checked by company A). This was my only problem. As soon as he pulled on the filter, then the water levels went back to normal, and he charged me the bare minimum. I don't even require a pump outside for another 2-3 years. Talk about honesty. Thank you for being a stand up company, saved me 300 dollars all the way around 5,000.
I had another company yesterday come tell me a ) I want the system pumped B) I've drain field problems due to high water degrees C) the drain field would cost approximately 5k to fix/replace if need be so. I wasn't a happy camper .

We will definitely use Lapin Services for the septic system's maintenance.
Called Bob for a minute property review of a tank at Lapin. He scheduled someone to come out over 24 hours, which was appreciated. Ritchie and walked me step through the septic system, and his helper arrived within the time frame given. He did a fantastic job on the review , patiently answered all of my questions and taught me on every aspect of the septic system.

Bob McQuitty was great! He explained how the system showed that the me the ins and from the system first hand and worked.

I've used their tank support on event and have always been satisfied. I have used others before but they've tried to sell me a brand new drain area. With lapin, especially Nathan, the rep which came most recently, I was confident that my drain area was nice. I appreciate their honesty

everything was completed lapin followed up with me. I work in customer service and I've been surprised at every part of this organization. I will continue using them.
I reached out to find some advice on our system, which I knew nothing about. The tech came out and took the time to walk me through how the system operates we had experienced slow gave me advice on how to fix it and draining in the home. We really had a part of the filter system break plus they gave me a very reasonable quote to fix it. They got a automatic annual clean up and test up program, which I signed up for - that wayI do not have to remember that it has to be carried out.

The next morning we had to call them back once we have no call . This was Sunday. They sent someone out to drain the tank. A technician determined it was the pump recognized the problem and, shock and then replaced it. They did not charge us an emergency fee or any excess labour and required $100 off the purchase price of the pump. The bill of $520 was correct but was composed over to say $455. Wish they discovered the problem the first time.
Came promptly &"diagnosed" this problem. Pumped fixed the baffle & the tank. Paid $520. The septic alert sounded 8, 9 days later. Got the receipt and observed that the amount says $455. Called for emergency support 6 hours past, was promised a call back without a reply yet. Asked the technician how he understands when he was here because the plug was becoming hot, the pump was not awful and that he did not appear to check it. He said the chance is slim. I suspect that is actually the problem.

We had a review done prior to home on home in January 2015. It was performed and while odor in home. I notified tech. There was. Told no issue not to be run, secondary and normal and p traps. We purchased home odor in home. I called office talked to Randy. He had somebody else check out by the name of Rob (presumed to function as lead) and told could do a gas evaluation but stated its smoke at house and cautioned against it. He tried to discover another reason for odor. He said it was sink drain studer vent. We had this replaced also called him back prior to stating extra cost for gas evaluation he suggested. I contacted Bbb for complaint they refused to come out again. Having odor in home. We aren't happy.
