The locksmiths, Allan and Chris, are personable, knowledgeable and responsive. They were very beneficial to me like a home visit to evaluate the issue with the keys and the guards.

It's 10am on a Saturday and they're closed. Shutters down, lights off. Have no idea when they'll open, in any respect.
There are no hours posted on the door. Whatsoever. The hours online say 7 days each week, 9am-5pm.
I opt to attend a local business why my policy is accurate, and the type of service given by Alan Lehman reveals. I have lived in Windsor Terrace for 19 decades and fortunately only needed three times to locksmith services. Each time he has responded and the job has been done at a reasonable cost with efficiency and skill. I have heard some horror stories of individuals having a locksmith in an emergency and being gouged. If you call Alan, This sort of thing will never happen
Chris and alan have been exceptionally professional! We had a complex situation to deal with, 2 excursions necessary to be made. Lock got installed in under 20 mins and Alan purchased safest and the best . All fees were itemized and that I had a statement in no time! Would definitely recommend in Brooklyn for crises or any job! F.H- landlord.
Alan did a great job with my locks - gave some suggestions to me as far as which locks really had to be replaced. Took his time that I think is important. Before I've had locks and they frequently do a super fast job but cluttered - they end up having to return because lock sticks or was not installed and match isn't right.
This firm is terrible! My roommate and I ripped off because he took advantage of us being two young girls. After becoming locked out of my apartment with no telephone or anyone to call we phoned the locksmith out of our neighbors reverse phone and we couldn't get a link but just kept repeating our speech after eventually getting some aid the locksmith pulled up and we all went to go speak to him because we wanted to cancel the service but had no means of letting him understand even though we mentioned it on the telephone. Next this guy made me climb into his van and he told me terrible stories about his daughter being abused by her boyfriend and this was what I was hearing as he drove me into the bank and forced me to pull out $210 for canceling the service. This company is disgusting and I could never EVER advise that you call them. Don't even consider attempting to cancel just be aware of these people and remain safe guys!
Called for emergency support the locksmith was their very quickly he opened up two Locks and replaced them with multlock cylinders,my wallet was missing so I was told to come in the next day to pay.you don't see many men and women who'll trust you today launched would sure recommend him.
I looked them up on www.mul-t-lock.com. I needed to make a copy of a secret and you need to introduce a card to cooperate with it so as to create a copy. I called beforehand because I did not want to waste any more time since I called places and they were closed rather than opening up until Monday or another places did not have my specific key #248 in stock. When I called I spoke to Allen and he called to check before I went if they had the secret. He said yes come in we have it we are available until 4PM. I said but I'm on my way now. This backup was wanted by me for my business, and so I needed it done ASAP. I pulled up into the location double parked walked in said"Hi Allen it was me you spoke to over the phone" dropped off the key and card, and informed me I was going to be back I have to search for parking. He explained that his worker went to take care of it. I walk in after grabbing a cup of coffee and a bagel throughout the road to purchase some time to walk in and be told with a worker they did not have my key and obtaining parking. Its a business and she was the only person working there how can you not understand whats happening. Then she asks me whats the secret for a flat? Nothing was said by me but who cares what the secret is for. I left frustrated for wasting my time. I don't recommend this establishment.
Overcharged for locks, terrible service and then the owner took the brass locks from our home with out asking. Do not allow these people in your home!!!
Avoid at all costs. Showed and charged me $400 for a lockout. Didn't have a credit card system so made me go get money. Rude staff.
