1 time they sent among the 24/hour people to select a fundamental door lock that I had locked myself out of, along with my dog inside (sorry pooch ). The man destroyed what should have been an easy job. He needed to knock off the doorknob, but he also installed another free of charge and that I was charged for him to come out. My dog lived through it, so that's good.

Great shop!! We found a box from my dead fathers home and we didn't have a key. My husband took it here and they opened it no charge. My husband did insist something is taken by them as they were really kind. Great crew.

We purchased a home in Livonia this season and had Livonia Lock & Key rekey all of our locks. They arrived on Saturday, which was very convenient. The specialist who came out was very favorable, and it only took about 20 minutes to him to rekey four doorways. keys are cut by him in his van. I would recommend Key and Livonia Lock.

Glad they are doing so well that taking a call from a client has turned into a bother.
I only called to see if they could come out to my home since I'm locked out. The person on the phone was extremely rude. He said he will not have anything available until later today, and so I asked if I could schedule something for later. I SAID we are very busy right now". When I inquired if I could get an appointment for any open opening, he audibly sighed as if I was annoying him.

I was having issue with my door lock. My key wouldn't work from the outside but worked fine. I phoned key livonia lock based on the positive reviews, and wasn't disappointed. They were able to find someone out . The locksmith was fine and had my problems fixed in 15 mins. I'd recommend them to anyone desiring a locksmith

I had my locks change once I moved to Livonia. Fantastic staff that is knowledgeable and service. If you need a locksmith I strongly recommend them.

Was having a fairly dreadful day prior to the cherry on top of the sundae- me locking myself. Called! He had been out to my home about 20 minutes and managed to get us back into the home not too long after! Fantastic customer service and if I am needing a locksmith will soon be calling this business back. Awesome job!

This shop is school tradesmen's definition. The proprietor John is incredibly beneficial and incredibly knowledgeable about the industry. When I tried to have a cut for a fire protected that I had, I discovered them about 8 years ago. Two shops couldn't cut it for me personally, but they can and it worked fantastic. I've had 3 other"odd" keys that they could cut for me, one out of a 1915 government pad lock and they could match and cut it. Sure a few of their lock costs are slightly higher than say Wal Mart but I support a local company who knows their craft compared to a chain store. Livonia Lock and Key is a fantastic source and location.

I had them re-key few locks for me personally. Customer support, known as before like I asked, also came punctually. Staff was skilled and competent. Very appreciative.

Small hometown store with a actual locksmith. They have. I used them to make a few keys and to locks that were new that were key to coincide with my previous key. From now on I will start purchasing all my locks for example entry locks here. This type of craftsmanship is tough to find!

My father locked himself. They were there in less than 20 minutes.
